I waited a long time for my pets meds and they emailed me the receipt. I did not know that the fees increased so much. They should notify the owners before the tests are done.

Dr . Duffy was great we had to get Daisy to the Emergency room. Unfortunately we had to euthanize her that night.

Everyone is always professional and polite. I always get all the information I need for my pet’s care.

Dr Duffy is a amazingly kind and sensitive to canine and humans (who love them) needs. Anna was rude today on the phone when trying to glean information about classification of medication. I am A knowledgeable nurse and she lost her patience very quickly when I was simply seeking Clarification.

My appointment was with Dr. Hultberg. I was seeing her to have my dog’s leg evaluated for potential CCL injury. She gave my dog a thorough examination and then evaluated the leg. She strongly believed the CCL is ruptured. She then showed me a model of the dog’s knee to make sure I understood the nature of the injury. She then discussed popular surgery methods to repair the injury. She thoroughly answered each of my questions. I later scheduled an x-ray so the injury could be more thoroughly examined and a local surgeon who is an expert in this field was recommended. I am very pleased with the quality of care my dog received Eastport Animal Hospital and Dr. Hultberg.

Your staff and services are great. I must admit I was surprised that the bill was $244. $104 for blood work ? I thought this was a lot. The $71 for flea and tick prevention( This was was not discussed) and again expensive. Again service are great. I would like to know these costs in advance so I am not surprised when I see the bill.

Not sure if Aja was given an ear check by the doctor, I had asked for that at boarding check in. She is still shaking her head.

There never seem to be enough staff to handle the volume of calls. I m always asked is this an emergency or can I put you on hold . I get this every single time. It seems in the past few years cust service has suffered here which is a shame! I have been going here for almost 20yrs. Very sad...
