The pricing is all over the place. When I called I was told one price. When I arrived a different more expensive price. I explained I did not want to spend over $100 to have me dogs eats checked. They charged me 110 to look at her ears & another 70 for ointment in her ears without prior approval. (When I called to make the appointment I asked and was told it was $35 to have her ears looked at.) Then told me it’s just seasonally allergies. I honestly feel they will charge you astronomical prices just to make $$. Am moving to a new Vet. The sad part is I loved it here when Dr Fenlan was here. We never had these issues & my dog was extremely sick. It’s no longer about your pets needs it’s $$ driven.

I was billed for services that I did not authorize. I paid more than double what I was expecting, based on the services I have received in the past. I was also not shown an itemized bill before my credit card was taken, only after the fact did I receive an email with a breakdown of services. An annual exam and an ear cleaning was not what I made an appointment for so I do not think it was justified that I had to pay for these services that were given without my consent. This is a great hospital with a wonderful and caring staff, but this is a shady business practice and I’m considering taking my pet to a different vet if this situation is not remedied. I called on Saturday and left a voicemail but have not heard back.

I was charged $120 for an unrequested full physical examination just to treat an ear infection, without being made aware ahead of time. I was also charged for unrequested pain medication without being consulted as to whether I thought my dog was in any pain due to the infection (I don t believe she is). RAH staff also mis-weighed my 76lb dog - the discharge papers indicated that she weighed 46lb, and as such I was given the incorrect dose of flea and tick medication and had to return to the office for the corrected dosage after pointing out the mistake. I feel charges were unfairly racked up on the bill, leaving little room for push back. In my opinion the very high prices charged by RAH are not worth the sub-par service.

The grooming my dog Rigby received was sub par. His nails were not sufficiently trimmed and he still had lots of loose hair like he wasn t bathed and groomed properly

I spent $575.00 and could not enter the facility due to a Covid Outbreak? Covid is here forever. Get over it. Now politics is involved with the veterinarian? I will go somewhere else if I cannot enter the facilities in the future. Your survey needs to be updated to reflect your political environment.

As a new customer to this location, just was figuring out the logistics. It may have been provided but suggest in the notifications of the appt, that the process of calling the office upon arrival to have someone come out and greet you be added to that communication. I kind of guessed it was the process but not entirely sure until I received a call to confirm and I inquired. Thank you all! A great visit!
