I didn’t get to see the facility because of Covid restrictions

Staff are so courteous and so are the doctors. Shannon is very caring, Bobby loves her. Thank you for taking care of our Bobby.

It s a shame to continue with not being able to go into the facility with my pet. Having to call and wait outside while the vet s assistant takes my cat (it was below freezing) and waiting in the car while the vet sees my cat is inconvenient and uncomfortable.

1 - Get rid of curbside service. Other vets have eliminated it. 2 - Don t feel there is real value for the money spent. I spend more time with my opathamoligist and pay less than at RAH.

I like how protective the clinic is by having us wait outside while our pets are seen. My dog saw a new vet so I’m anxious to meet her sometime. Our previous vet left without notifying us. The cost for being seen was a little high as was the medication but he needs it.

Always a pleasure. Everyone is professional and friendly. Dr. Cracas is exceptional and wonderful.

We really like the option of having a staff member come to our car to get Sophie and take her to be examined. Because she is overprotective of us our not being in the exam room with her is easier both for the doctor/LVT/staff and for us. She is, reportedly, quite docile and well-behaved when we are not present.

I was really expecting the worst and Dr Cracas provided us with an alternative that was exactly what we hoped for.

I brought in an elderly little dog, asking for advice about his quality of life. I met with Shannon, another young lady (a vet tech) and also spoke with Dr.Monahan by phone. They were all very kind, knowledgeable, competent and compassionate. What a great team. Thanks to all of you for your help.

I would like to see the invoice before paying. My bill was over $1,000 and I had no idea what made up that amount.

I can t give any feedback on the facilities because did not go inside since Covid19 has been around. I wish, I was told about urine test was extra charge and I could decide yes or not even they didn t perform. Second, I wish I was told I was charged for urine test at home and I could make a decision Yes or NO. In general, I like the place and hoping stay this way since we are new Clint.

Don t about my cat s eating habits and other questions while there is a trash truck there and my cat is freaking out. Best to ask that in advance.

Would have liked to meet our dog’s veterinarian. It was her first visit to Dr. Monaghan, and as such, I did not know her. Instead of sending a tech out to bring her back to the car, it would have been nice to have had Dr. Monaghan do it for an initial visit.

This was our first time back -- with a new puppy this time -- in two years, and it was very nice to have staff remember us. We understand the need to remain outside -- and, under the circumstances, this is working remarkably well -- but we ll be glad when we can come inside with our pet again.

I was very pleased that our cat was taken in immediately and that the waiting time was brief. I also appreciated the thorough recap of his health from Dr. Monahan.
