Waiting outside in the parking lot was a bit odd, we usually like to be in the exam room with the doctor when they are looking at our pets. However the service outside was excellent, considering the circumstances. I wonder what they do when it rains.

I was not happy to serve me out of the Clinic, because I liked to visit my dog Vet inside and I had a lot of questions that I couldn’t ask them in my car because it was very hot outside. I was charged the amounts that I didn’t approve it.I liked to see my bill by register before charging me.sorry…..

I have been taking my dog to your practice for years Unfortunately, it seems you have lost touch with reality, and your fees and procedure prices have gone insanely high. You charged me $100 for a” sick visit”, as you put it. Are there any other reasons for a dog to see a vet than for it to be “ sick”? Last year you asked for $700 for a procedure to remove a tumor from my dog’s ear. I got the same procedure done for less than half at Pender. I continued going to your practice because I liked the way my dog’s vet treats him. But there are many vets that are so conscientious and caring for our pets. This is why changing vets immediately.

Everything went very smoothly. The technician came out to the parking lot right before my appointment time to escort my pet into the office. Upon conclusion of the appointment the doctor came out to talk to me and explain the procedures and provided some recommendations. Everyone was polite and professional.

I have answered each of the questions Excellent. I would that my visit was excellent in every way. Thanks.

I was pleased with the grooming my cat,Sophie, received. The price was very good, and the groomer quite nice. The only negative is that I requested a potty trim under her tail, and instead, they did an anal expression which she doesn t need. Otherwise, good.

Dr. Cracas and the whole staff have always been fantastic! They run on time, are friendly and knowledgeable, and seem to love my bad dogs as much as I do! I have and will continue to recommend Reston Animal Hospital to friends.

Tried for several days to make an appointment via the website.... it never worked... instead I made a call and that worked great.... but would have been easier for me to be able to make the appointment during my evening or early in the morning...

Yes, everyone is friendly and kind but I’m completely over not being able to actually come inside with my dog. I can go literally anywhere else except walk inside the vet. Last time I asked, the excuse was omicron. That’s over, so what’s the excuse now? It just seems like it will never end.

I was disappointed that I can see a doctor in-person, shop in-person, but cannot talk to the Vet in-person or be there when the vet is with my pet. I hope they change this policy or we will find another vet.

It was a great experience. Dr. Garcia and staff showed a great interest in our new puppy and made sure all of our questions were answered. Thank you.

Dr Cracas is always amazing! We trust her with all of our beloved basset hounds (4 so far!). So appreciate the excellent care!

I’ve been bringing my babies here for 4 1/2 years even when I have moved farther away we still make the drive. Everyone here is wonderful and I know they care about all the animals they see and understand how much they mean to us.

My husband and I are very much delighted and satisfied to have found you and to have our dog and cat seen by Dr. Garcia. We appreciate the time he and the staff took to ask questions, respond ours and explain everything in full detail. We didn t get the chance to be inside the office but the parking and outside area were clean and comfortable to wait while the check ups were made. Thank you very much for an awesome first time experience.
