You have taken excellent care of my dog since she was a puppy. I appreciate that you don’t push unnecessary vaccines or procedures. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking in the area.

I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! I’ve been coming for years and each time am greeted by such lovely and friendly people, only suggestion I have would be just for the doctors to speak slower! The doctor I had wasn’t speaking fast as if he was in a rush to get off the phone, I think he just naturally spoke fast so it was hard to follow along sometimes but overall it was quick and easy!

You guys have hit it out of the park as always. Your COVID procedures were great and I felt very safe. Entire team was phenomenal as usual.

On the weekend, my dog had to go to a vet hospital. On the Monday, staff from BWVAH called to follow up and check how Ollie was doing. Cannot say enough how much I appreciated that.

Everyone is super friendly super helpful I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else.

All of these answers were rated during the period when the clients did not enter the office because of the pandemic, and the office did very well considering the situation.

Outstanding advice from the veterinarian.

Due to COVID related changes, it was difficult to get an appointment in a timely manner, it was very difficult to drop off our dog (in fact we stood in the door way for almost 20 minutes while being surrounded by bees and even though our car was parked right out front we were not permitted to wait in the car) and it was difficult to speak to the vet as phone calls were not scheduled but relied on us to be available when they were, since I am also working this phone tag created a barrier to effective communication. The staff tried very hard to make these situations better and were very friendly however still challenging. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.

We arrived 15 minutes ahead as per instructions, but we then had to wait outside in the heat until 9:00 a.m. because of COVID precautions. I am guessing that the email asking us to come early was a pre-COVID email. That is the reason for 4 stars in question 2. Other than that, everything else was spectacular.
