My only issue with this appointment was that on 3 separate occasions before the appointment, I had confirmed that all vaccinations were included in the $75 fee for the kitten wellness exam. I was quite shocked to then learn AFTER the session, that the rabies vaccine is an extra cost. Luckily, I had the funds to cover it but I wish that there had been more transparency there, especially since I spoke with 3 different people before the appointment.

I would have liked more information about what to expect as Kalie came out of the sedation. I went on line and found out her anxiety was normal but it would have been helpful to hear from you before we got home with Kalie. Thank you.

This was my first appointment and happened to be during the COVID time. It went seamlessly and I really appreciated that the dr called me personally.

I think you guys are a fantastic vet! When I called to make my first appointment for Riley, you stopped me from saying bye and asked if I wanted to know the price. I had been to 3 different vets in my life and never once was I asked that. Everyone is so friendly and you can tell the staff love animals. Dogs aren’t supposed to like the vet. Riley pulls to go in every time we go to High Park... might be the dog treats.

My dog did not need a full wellness exam. I appreciate that the vet lowered the fee after I spoke to him. But I merely wanted the wound on his leg to be looked at. There should be a way to bring your pet in for a minor issue without being billed over 100.00 for a wellness check up.

This appointment was the first time I had interactions with Dr. Riddle. I have to say that Dr. Riddle by far has the most extraordinary bedside manner that I have ever encountered from a healthcare practitioner, human or pet. Truly exceptional vet.

Clinic accommodated me the same day I called which I really appreciated and also called to follow up to see how my dog was after getting his shots. Amazing.

I’m not sure if my answers we’re registered. This highlights my only major constructive observation which is that the administration side can use more attention; there are still ongoing problems with the website and there’s has been confusion tracking orders and appointments
