Someone took the time to show me how to squirt medicine into my dogs mouth. However, I was given a plastic syringe that was too big to fit into the bottle of sulcrate plus my dog was prescribed so i had to use an alternative method anyway. I was asked to bring in a poop sample. It would be great if the clinic offered clients some sort of plastic cup to collect sample in. I ended up just putting it in a bag and pringle container.Really appreciate the follow up calls though. Thank you for your work!!!

Always consistently amazing service!

I always have a great experience when visiting Bloor West Animal Hospital. This time, the visit was short and sweet, however I didn t feel that the vet took the time to chat with me about my dogs accident / healing and didn t relay any next steps (I just assumed there were none at that point). Felt a bit rushed as if there was no time for niceties. This may have been the nature of the appointment, as usually I have a wonderful experience.

it is very hard to get a quote from your desk staff regarding treatment. They say they will check and call me and let me know which never happens. Alsoi have to explain the whole situation to every front desk Person and communication seems to be lacking

My dog had to go in for an emergency and I am so appreciative of the help that we received. We definitely had a best case scenario outcome. I really appreciate being seen right away so that this could be the case.

I know my dog is not easy to exam because he gets very anxious, but this was the first time that my dog got muzzled and that was a very stressful experience for both of us.

I chose EXCELLENT for every question, but I am not sure if it went through. I love this animal clinic, the people are so friendly and my cats are so happy when they get their nails trimmed, my curtains love it too, LOL. thanks everyone for doing such a great job in taking care of our beloved pets.

Move the weigh scale close to the seating area. Place a simple carpet runner adjacent to the reception counter to encourage vision impaired or skittish dogs to move forward towards the exam in room.
