We came in for bloodwork for a heart worm check on Monday. The appointment was great, but 2 days later I was called for a bloodwork reminder for something else. Now I’ve had to make 2 appointments in the same week. It would have been easier to have these appointments coordinated together.

In the past if we had a wellness visit and no vaccines were given, the nail clip was included. This visit we didn t get any vaccines but was charged 30$ for nail trim.

Thanks for putting up with Penelope s special emotional needs, you went above and beyond the regular call of duty.

It was really difficult to hear on the phone since I was waiting on Bloor St and it sounded like I was on speakerphone. Next time I will take the call from my car.

Obviously would prefer to be inside with my pet, but happy that the clinic is still open. Very satisfied.

Bloor West Vet has been a wonderfully caring environment since day 1. Chris and all staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - and we ve felt like we are receiving the best care for our dog. Thank you for fitting us in when you re busy and always following up.

I actually REALLY appreciate the phone appointments. My dog is such a nervous guy and having phone support without the stress is great. Obviously I would come in for certain issues but the phone consolations have been a Covid blessing!!

About the cleanliness: I selected five stars cause I know you keep everything spotless, however, because of covid I haven t actually been inside of the office for over a year. The team as always was completely wonderful. I only have one suggestion: we understand that time is a complex subject, we need a service and you provide it in the best way possible. Now, I think you should put some boundaries to the regulars who like to stay after their appointments and speak for ten or more minutes and distract the staff, doctors and Tech s. I get we all want to ask questions and get the proper answers, but don t enable them to interfere with other s appointments. Thank you for everything you guys do.

We continue to be very happy coming to Bloor West Vet with our pet. Hopeful that you ll be able to to open for additional hours again soon as it is challenging with our schedule to make appointments between 9-5

All was great as per usual, looking forward to not having to drop and run, would really like to have the one on one interaction with Chris and the Dogs.. hopefully this year will be better

He’s had two pretty good days with walking eating pooping peeing ... we need time to talk to our kids ... one is away in bc at school ... wondering if he would make it till end of April... we’re just seeing how things go before we make any decisions about Archie..

Chris takes a pragmatic approach when treating patients. You can be sure that your pets well being is paramount to Chris and his staff. Rest assured, this clinic wont leverage your absolute devotion to your pet, and lead you down a path of redundant treatment/therapy. Staff are great. knowledgeable and very friendly. You know your dog is in good hands and receiving genuine care. highly recommend this clinic to anyone asking for referrals.
