Everything was good with regard to getting her in, being seen, communication with the doctor. Our only issue, they didn’t send us home with the script so we had to drive back…twice. She had 2 scripts and we were called back for one. We got home again & were told they didn’t give us the other one. But, in all, we were grateful they were able to see her on such short notice

I didn’t appreciate the tone of one of the techs…she was rude and treated me like I was a low-life, bad owner. I was just trying to explain how my dog reacted to medication and she was dismissive and talked down to me. I was extremely close to taking all of my pets’s records and finding a new vet.

Very good care, but the cost is astronomical. We’ve only had the dog for 1-1/2 years, and have spent several thousand dollars on routine care. It makes me sad that so many pets don’t get good care because people can’t afford the high cost of vaccinations and checkups.

I had only 1 issue & it was the cost. Baker s was so much cheaper on vaccines and meds. Pretty sure I have to go shopping for cheaper vet.

we absolutely LOVE Dr. Merideth..she s the total best vet we have ever had, that s going back 46 years worth! the office is always sparkling clean..which has to be hard with all the fur that comes in and out! thanks for taking great care of my mr. rayne!

Kristine was very good with Luger during his first visit for grooming. She got me squeezed in her busy schedule and did the best job ever!! Luger is so happy w/ his new hairdoo and hopefully less puking up hairballs!

There appears to be such a high employee turnover at the reception desk each time I arrive I feel like a stranger. If it wasn t for the doctors and Christine I d go elsewhere.

There was 1 drug Apoquel 28 pills for $100.00 on my bill. When I spoke with Dr George, he suggested 1/2 of a Benedryl would help with allergy. I should have checked the detail bulling before leaving hospital. I hope this drug helps Polly because because this drug made my previous dog Holly (deceased) very ill and did not help her allergies - prescribed by a different Vet office. Otherwise, Polly s care was excellent. Thank you.
