I appreciate everyone at River Trail Animal Hospital. Your hospitals are very busy, but continue to provide the best care to Cooper and Cameron. All staff are always so helpful and friendly. Dr. Monroe is an amazing doctor and we love her.

I had to wait about 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. After asking the front desk I was told there was an emergency in the back so that was understandable. Unfortunately A, the gal at the front desk was not very friendly at all when I arrived or in explaining the situation. The vet and the tech were both apologetic and timely once we got in a room. Thanks for taking care of my pup. .

I discussed treatment for my dog and ultimately my dog received different treatment for an injury than what I discussed / requested. Disappointing experience, but I had left my dog there to be seen and wasn’t there with her to make sure the vet tech communicated this to the vet. Hopefully things will work out with the treatment. We have spent a ton of $ here on boarding, would expect a much better greeting when walking in the front door. Usually the people at front desk don’t smile or make an effort to have anything close to a warm greeting when walking in. I do really like the clean facility and our dog seems to enjoy going for boarding. I also like the convenience of two locations and ability to schedule / reserve a boarding spot for our doggo. Also like that I was able to order trifexis through their online store affiliate. No big deal on the treatment stuff, again, I think it will probably work out. Will recommend to friends for boarding.

Dr. Roberts is always wonderful, but we were especially impressed by our tech on this visit. I didn t catch her name, but she was very thorough, friendly, and communicated very well.

We took our dogs For a best care and my bill was $760 which is outrageous we won’t be going back and are currently looking for new vet

It might be nice to offer a bottle of water or Coke Machine. I was there over 2 hours and no one checked with me if I needed anything.

I just love Dr. Hooley. He has been my vet for almost 30 years. It is hard for me to trust any other vet. He is always nice. When I bring in my pets wondering if something is wrong, he always takes me seriously. He is also very compassionate when I have had to say goodbye to my babies. I don t think he could be any better. I count him as one of my blessings.

We love Dr. Merideth she is very attentive to our dogs health care. We love that she spends time explaining the best treatment for our dogs and answering all of our questions. We love Rivertrail, such friendly workers and always so clean.

Christine does a wonderful job grooming Baloo! When I pick up Baloo she always greets me & makes a next app groom for him. I did notice this grooming Baloo was extremely sleepy when I brought him home. He slept the entire evening.

My pup and I love the service and very friendly staff.

Everything was good with regard to getting her in, being seen, communication with the doctor. Our only issue, they didn’t send us home with the script so we had to drive back…twice. She had 2 scripts and we were called back for one. We got home again & were told they didn’t give us the other one. But, in all, we were grateful they were able to see her on such short notice

Dr Roberts is wonderful.

I didn’t appreciate the tone of one of the techs…she was rude and treated me like I was a low-life, bad owner. I was just trying to explain how my dog reacted to medication and she was dismissive and talked down to me. I was extremely close to taking all of my pets’s records and finding a new vet.

Dr. Monroe is my veteran. I will not let anyone else touch Jude. I am sold on her.

Records should be checked. Think my dog was vaccinated for rabies again and had one in October

Very good care, but the cost is astronomical. We’ve only had the dog for 1-1/2 years, and have spent several thousand dollars on routine care. It makes me sad that so many pets don’t get good care because people can’t afford the high cost of vaccinations and checkups.
