Everything was great except for the front office staff. They did not greet me when I came in. It took several minutes before anyone said anything to me. Dr and techs were great.

Since one of my dogs doesn t do well with other animals it would be great to get into a room within a couple of minutes of arriving. Dr. Caruso is awesome!!

Great facility. Friendly staff. No pressure appointments and a printout provided with a surgery estimate. So helpful! Didn’t know you had daycare - an in-office ad or flyer with fees would be helpful. Or an emailed version.

Dr. Roberts did an amazing job explaining everything to me and taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. We will definitely be coming back to see him!

Dr George was excellent. We were not happy with previous visit (in Vet)almost went somewhere else. Dr George totally kept us as a client

After Bellas procedure, I would have appreciated more explanation on what to expect from my dog afterwards. There was no elaboration on how her wound was going to look, how long it would take to heal, or what I needed to do as a good caretaker to help my animal heal quickly and comfortably. All I was told was to take her bandage off after 24/48 hours and to make sure she took her antibiotics and pain meds, nothing about the wound. I was not equipped with the proper information or supplies to help her.

We truly appreciate the time and effort that Amanda has put in helping Bizmark adjust to being in the kennel with other dogs.

My dog loves coming for daycare and has to vist with the girls at the front desk first,they are great. Amanda is absolutely wonderful with my dog and other the animals.

Everything is five star. The team in Bixby is great. Dr. Meredith is a wonderful vet.

Dr. Hooley and Dr. Roberts took care of my maltipoo for 17 years. She passed away in July and I have finally decided to get a new puppy. My first stop was River Trail Animal Hospital to introduce my new puppy to the staff here and Dr Roberts. I would not go anywhere else. You can see and feel the love for animals the second you walk in the door. (And everyone is pretty sweet to us human’s as well) Thank you all so much for your care.

What you charge for day care is very confusing, because on different days for the same period of time the charge is different. Your charge amt needs to be simple. If a full day is $20.00, then a half day should be 50% of the full day charge, regardless of the time amt. Many of your customers are unhappy with how this area is handled !!

Dr. Roberts is amazing! Absolutely the best vet. The office staff is always kind and thoughtful. My pets have been patients for years.

The facility has a foul smell. I can understand why, but it used to not have that smell. Something has changed. The wait time is horrible!!!! Even to just drop off for boarding, I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes.

The groomer never callled me regarding our dogs needs, as was told to us when we dropped off. It also appeared he’d been nicked on the tip of his penis where there was some bleeding. We should have been told about that upon picking him up.
