My dog loves coming for daycare and has to vist with the girls at the front desk first,they are great. Amanda is absolutely wonderful with my dog and other the animals.

Dr. Hooley and Dr. Roberts took care of my maltipoo for 17 years. She passed away in July and I have finally decided to get a new puppy. My first stop was River Trail Animal Hospital to introduce my new puppy to the staff here and Dr Roberts. I would not go anywhere else. You can see and feel the love for animals the second you walk in the door. (And everyone is pretty sweet to us human’s as well) Thank you all so much for your care.

What you charge for day care is very confusing, because on different days for the same period of time the charge is different. Your charge amt needs to be simple. If a full day is $20.00, then a half day should be 50% of the full day charge, regardless of the time amt. Many of your customers are unhappy with how this area is handled !!

The facility has a foul smell. I can understand why, but it used to not have that smell. Something has changed. The wait time is horrible!!!! Even to just drop off for boarding, I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes.

The groomer never callled me regarding our dogs needs, as was told to us when we dropped off. It also appeared he’d been nicked on the tip of his penis where there was some bleeding. We should have been told about that upon picking him up.

We LOVE our vet... Dr Meredith, she s been our animals veterinarian since 2007. But we feel that Rivertrail overall as a company, has turned into a money making machine, charging ridiculous charges for services that used to be part of veterinarian care. With no regard for the standard of the services...only how much more can you charge. With a no news is good news attitude, you have lost a good faithful client, with multiple animals.

The team at checkin did not appear very interested in us. They seemed preoccupied. Once we got to a room, the staff were interested, concerned and very professional. Our Doctor did an outstanding job, focusing on our dog, very proactive with the path forward. This later experience was so much different than our checkin.

Nice clean- good smelling place. At my regular vet I m in the room either vet as she examines Jerry Lee. I preferred that rather than sitting in a waiting area. I felt I could have asked more questions.

In general River Trails in Bixby has been an excellent experience for both the normal follow ups and when more urgent issues have arisen. In particular Dr. Angela Meredith has been an outstanding doctor, caring for our dog for many years. She should be recognized as a bonus for River Trails

After my appointment several women were in the lobby, some with dogs, it seemed they new each other. When we asked if one of them would please move their (very large) dog back so we could pass through with my dog one of the women in blue River Trail Animal Hosp scrubs gave us a look like who the he** do you think you are. The staff member that we initially met with in the exam room was incredibly kind. She said it was her 2 or 3 week. Very kind person. Dr. Caruso was amazing as usual.

I brought Esther Rose and dropped her off for grooming. I followed her to the back, as she was a little frightened. The area when the cages were, smelled atrocious. I have boarded our three Goldens there before, but because of the conditions I saw and smelled, I will not board them there again.
