We for the second time in a row had trouble with billing. The first time we were quoted basic care on the phone and upon arrival given best care with out being asked. This time we were charged twice the 40 dollars anal gland clean out and I showed them on the receipt that we got charged twice and then they had to go back and fix it. I don’t like feeling like we are getting taken advantage of but I can assure you we pay very close attention to what we get charged from here on out.

Having my 3 dogs teeth and gums checked. Two getting cleanings this month as older and one her gums receding some but they are both @12 yrs and want them to live a long life.

The lady at the front desk was not very helpful as she turned and started talking to a co-worker instead of letting me know what to expect. Then it took a long time for the person to come get my dog.

Dr Smith is so thorough and kind. It is obvious how much he loves the animals. His skills are tremendous as our dog has healed so quickly! We have used Dr. Roberts for years but when Howlet had to have ACL surgery we were referred to Dr Smith We couldn t be more please with our care for Howlet with him I highly recommend River Trail to others!

Your online appointment scheduling never loaded for us-for weeks. We left several messages on the phone and multiple times we called we were never able to leave a message. I finally sent an email on Friday and received a call on Saturday in response. This person got us in to see the vet the same day.

It was my first time to have Abbey there for grooming. She looked great and she seemed pleasant when I picked her up. The staff is very helpful to me as I have to use a wheelchair for mobility and they came to my car to get Abbey and brought her to me when I picked her up! I appreciate all your assistance! Was not amused when I asked if he would prescribe the tick and flea preventative to my other 2 dogs and I was told no because they weren’t his patients they go to another doctor there. If the pets are on file it shouldn’t matter who in the facility treats them. It did not at woodland west. My pet apparently had a bug bite on her foot not an allergy like on her back leg or tummy. Never received a follow up call.
