Love Dr Meredith!! She is Amazing!!

Loved how the doctor made me and my fur baby feel comfortable.

Dr Smith is so thorough and kind. It is obvious how much he loves the animals. His skills are tremendous as our dog has healed so quickly! We have used Dr. Roberts for years but when Howlet had to have ACL surgery we were referred to Dr Smith We couldn t be more please with our care for Howlet with him I highly recommend River Trail to others!

Great support staff and vets! They took their time to discuss my pet’s needs, answer my questions and concerns.

Dr. Roberts and Dr. Monroe are the two that see my dog Mike regularly. I could not be happier with the care I get from those two.

Your online appointment scheduling never loaded for us-for weeks. We left several messages on the phone and multiple times we called we were never able to leave a message. I finally sent an email on Friday and received a call on Saturday in response. This person got us in to see the vet the same day.

My only frustration with any of my business at River Trail is how long it takes to get my dog checked in or out.

I absolutely love Dr Merideth! I trust her immensely with all my pet’s health!

It was my first time to have Abbey there for grooming. She looked great and she seemed pleasant when I picked her up. The staff is very helpful to me as I have to use a wheelchair for mobility and they came to my car to get Abbey and brought her to me when I picked her up! I appreciate all your assistance! Met Dr. Seth George and was very pleased with the amount of time he spent with us and answering the questions that we had pertaining to Gracie. We didn’t feel rushed and appreciated that very much.

Was not amused when I asked if he would prescribe the tick and flea preventative to my other 2 dogs and I was told no because they weren’t his patients they go to another doctor there. If the pets are on file it shouldn’t matter who in the facility treats them. It did not at woodland west. My pet apparently had a bug bite on her foot not an allergy like on her back leg or tummy. Never received a follow up call.

River Trail always takes good cares of us.

We had to call at least 8 times before we got ahold of a real person to make an appointment. We tried to use the patient portal online to schedule an appointment, but it never worked. The vet and tech seemed rushed and did not fully explain what was going to happen with my cat before they began the procedure to remove the hematoma. There was no clear explanation of what the recovery care would be like after my cat’s ear hematoma was drained. After the bandage was removed the following day, my cat’s ear puffed up again. I called the office and got no answer and I left a message on the patient portal and have not gotten a reply. After the visit, I checked the patient portal to see if the vet had prescribed any medicine for my cat and saw that there were ears drops prescribed. The vet had not told me of this or what care was required going forward. I was not given a detailed receipt or the ear drops on my initial visit.

I needed my dog to be in the doggy daycare program because I was having extensive work done at my home and it wasn’t a good environment for my pets. when I called to make the appointment for my dog I was told that it was time for his three year shots. I agreed and dropped him off. I was shocked at the cost for the 3 year shots. I forgot to get a receipt when I was there so I called and asked them to email it to me, when I receive the email I was shocked. I assumed my dog was going to get his rabies and other shots that are needed every three years. but instead he was given the “best care wellness exam” that included an exam by the vet, and bloodwork in addition to his shots...my total was $229. since my veterinarian joined River Trail Animal Hospital it seems like every month you guys figure out a way to take money from your clients by raising prices monthly and giving something that costs more instead of what they ask for. seriously think it’s time to find another veterinary clinic even though I love my veterinarian and she has been my veterinarian for over 15 years. the costs are getting ridiculous.

When I gave one star for staff friendliness, it is in regards to the front desk person who checked me in. She acted as if she did not want to be there and was unfriendly. She does not seem to represent the quality of care River Trail wants to provide to the Tulsa community. Everyone else I interacted with was top-notch (Mitchell, Dr. Roberts, and the person who checked me out).

Dr. Caruso is the best!!

Love Dr George and his assistant was fabulous. To say I was surprised my the cost of the visit was obvious to all. That said, the care of River Trail is top notch!
