Dr. Caruso is an Extremely Caring and Knowledgeable Veterinarian. My dogs, myself and River Trail Animal Hospital are Blessed to have her working here.

I think $155 was an exorbitant price for what your facility did.

We love River Trail, Dr. Monroe and the staff. Overall we are treated very well and we don t worry (much) when our kids are in your care. We did have one small misunderstanding at drop-off with a tech that doesn t know us or our cats special needs. However we quickly addressed with another tech and as normal Dr. Monroe insured the health safety of our baby. All this to say maybe one suggestion, have the intake tech take a few minutes to orient themselves with the guest and their parent(s) as we know our kids better than they do so a tech being prepared to ask/share the right questions/comments would be helpful. To close, River Trail has our business and that is not likely to ever change as they live our babies almost as much as we do. ??

i had taken rayne to see christine, ( he was acting a fool for her that day ), but her being so concerned about him, she called dr. merideth to check..and sure enough the pressure in his eyes was awful. we got him new medicine and i ll bring him back in a week to check. i ve had my dogs for 43 years going to groomers...and christine is the only one who has caught things for me. she caught an ear infection, another time he had a bad yeast rash on him...poor guy..i didn t even realize it was going on. she is SUPER!! ya gotta keep her for us all!! thanks. deb

The staff at the desk told me a vaccination would be $39. They didn t include the fact that an exam fee would also be required.

Great staff and team. Very kind towards my pups and very clear on billing and procedure. Found my new vet for sure.

Dr. Caruso is the absolute best vet! We love her! She cares about the pets and the people. She is compassionate and realistic all at the same time.

Dr. Monroe is the greatest. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and takes time to explain everything. I don t think Smoke is very happy visiting her but we re sure glad she s her vet. Also the Technicians are very good with Smoke.

Dr. MEREDITH is great with my dogs. I really like her and the staff.

When I dropped her off in the morning of course I was in a hurry to get to work. I had to wait for someone to go over the Procedure. I wish I would have been told that ahead of time. After going over everything when my husband went to pick her up they did not do everything we took time to discuss that morning. He had to wait (he also had a work call and was late for). When I got home and saw the bill we had been charged for something we had already paid for in September. Overall this was not a good experience.

D.C. Smith is a long time friend in whom I have the upmost confidence. He is gentling my aging Schnauzer through the minefield of geriatric canine issues. Difficult time for this owner of a very fine dog, but we are getting the best care. That is critical, and this practice is making a difficult journey less so. Bruce Wiley

Dr. George and Staff have taken such great care of my dogs. Both of my dogs have medical issues and they go out of their way to help and assist.

Keep being awesome!! My fur baby doctor was awesome and went out of his way to make sure my dog is okay. I’m glad I brought my baby girl in and will not go anywhere else for her pet needs. Thanks for being amazing.

overpriced and low quality of care

The groomer Christine is wonderful. She’s the only groomer we’ve used, and our dog loves seeing her. He is always well-groomed and pampered while he’s with her at River Trail.
