I ve always loved River Trail, and I was very happy with the care my pet received. I do feel as though the billing should be explained better. When I paid for a surgical procedure and was told to come back for a recheck of the surgical site, I assumed that was built into the cost. I was charged an office visit and for another small procedure that I wasn t aware would happen, let alone billed to me. Dr. Caruso always explained procedures and billing BEFORE it happened, not after. This could be improved.

I was very impressed with the tour that I got from the Vet. I have never given so much info on vet visit before. the only thing that I didn t really like was I had to wait about 30 min to get in and it didn t look busy at all. other than that very pleasant experience

This was our first visit at River Trail for a second opinion on our lab who had had breathing issues. We were very pleased with Dr Hooley. He took the time to thoroughly examine our Libby, got her history, lifestyle, etc and then worked out a treatment plan. We will likely be switching all of our fur babies to River Trail!

The follow thru on getting the information from Southern Ag was not done until I arrived the front desk at initial contact which was a day before my appointment was not done i recieved a text that night about getting the information I texted back for you were to call Southern ag which was agreed on the first contact . I recieved no response so I called on day at 12:33 the day of the appointment which was 4:00 the front desk confirmed they would call the southern ag at Tulsa Hills On arrival i again was asked for the information from Southern ag because no one followed thru to get the information. So in retrospect the communication at front desk and follow thru needs to be improved which added to more to wait at that time the atmosphere was a little tense cause of the lack of information be it was resolved
