Drs. George and Caruso are amazing vets. I always know that my dogs will be receiving great care by them and they take the time to discuss my concerns with me. Dr. Caruso endeared herself to my children because she let them look in the microscope at the monsters that were in my dogs ear! All the staff at River Trail in Bixby are exceptional.

Regarding this appointment was fine, but there are other problems within River Trails which need to be greatly addressed!!!! Dr. Caruso was not my regular vet, but was satisfied with how she handled Roscoe s illness. She was very kind and was truly interested in helping my dog during this appointment. But there are things which are very wrong and I have been treated horribly and need to Speak to an owner - not an office person. Look forward to be given the chance. Not the first time with this Complaint!!!!!

I love the care that Dr. Roberts gives my “kids”! All the staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Dr Roddy Roberts comes highly recommended and he was wonderful with my dog and his diagnosis/treatment. Everyone took very good care of my dog and the communication throughout the day was terrific.

Appreciate being able to make a same day appointment for our dog.

First of all our appointment was cancelled because Dr. Roberts had to go out of town. We were rescheduled for this appointment for the following week. When we arrived for the new appointment they had nothing in the computer showing we had an appointment. They went a head and took our dog for his teeth cleaning anyways after expressing our displeasure with the front desk. Coach received excellant care and his teeth are extremely white.

All of the staff are super friendly! Max loves going to daycare!

Charlotte, the groomer, is great with my dog. My beagle is not a fan of baths but Charlotte makes her comfortable. She s a bonus to your staff! The 2 ladies at the front desk (10/15 8am) were a pleasure and genuinely excited about their jobs. Great to see!!
