Charlotte, the groomer, is great with my dog. My beagle is not a fan of baths but Charlotte makes her comfortable. She s a bonus to your staff! The 2 ladies at the front desk (10/15 8am) were a pleasure and genuinely excited about their jobs. Great to see!!

I was a nervous wreck with a dog that ate a bowl of chocolate! They were so sweet, attentive and I felt so much better!

the timing of the appointment was not accommodating. we did not want to drop off for the ultra-sound. we wanted to bring the dog in and stay for the procedure. This was finally accommodated after two aborted tries.

When I arrived with my dog, both receptionists were on their phones. I felt invisible because neither receptionist acknowledged the fact that I had entered and was waiting. A simple smile, eye-contact, gesture indicating just a moment would have been nice. Then upon check out, same women were not very friendly. No smiles. No comments. Just seemed annoyed. Dr. Hooley is great, but all of the staff . . . not so much.

I have been bringing my pet to Rivertrail for over 6 years and I have to say that the staff seems less caring now then when I first started bring my pet there. They are polite but lack some sincerity.

I came in for a drop off dog bath and nails trimmed by daycare tech. I do not believe either was completed until I picked my dog up at 3:30 pm. I called at 11:30 am to see if she was done and they said that she had a bath and was waiting on nail clipping. When I got to River Trail to pick up my dog at 3:30 pm, Christine who usually grooms my dog went back to check on her. She noticed that a bath was either not given or barely given. She dry shampooed and brushed out my dog (which was just a quick fix) and probably cut her nails at that time because it took awhile for them to bring my dog to me. Christine was gracious enough to credit my bill for the wash and got me in for a real bath and groom earlier than scheduled.

They have always been very kind and open during my appointments. This last visit, my billing costs were not disclosed to me as openly as previously. This is partially my fault for not asking, but the bill was much larger than I expected.

The groomer did an amazing job with our golden retriever! The cut was exactly what we wanted. Will be returning and recommending to friends and family.

I was not very happy because when I came in for my appointment last week they did not have one for me and they said Dr. Hooley was on vacation. They said they tried to call me but I never got any message. My dog hates going to the vet anyway so it was very hard to getting there and then when I had to go right back home.

My pet’s appt was timely, organized, professional, and I appreciated the communication from the staff and Dr Heinz. I was impressed with the amount of time taken to complete an initial exam and consultation!

I greatly appreciate everything Dr. Copeland is doing to help my sweet dog Lucy with her eye issues. She explains everything and worked very hard to figure out her unusual eye condition. Thank you!

When I told the dr Monroe that the price of the shot was half at another vet she told me that I should go there. I told here I guess I will next time. She needs customer service lesson.

The entire staff I encountered was extremely caring and actually fully listened to all of my concerns and questions and were very down to earth people. I appreciate all the time they spent on me and my animals because I love my pets so much, they mean the world to me. I would definitely recommend the Jenks location, thank you so much!

The vet we saw would not give us the same medication that another vet there did in the past, and subsequently our dog is suffering over a long holiday weekend until we can take her in AGAIN to see someone else. We also felt like he was trying to over prescribe unnecessary medication. It was not a positive experience

I’ve been taking my pets here since about 1992 when it was in a different location and under the name of North 40 Animal Hospital. Dr. Meredith is excellent and she and her staff saved my little kitten’s life, for which I will always be so grateful!
