The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vet was the most judgmental, rude vet I have ever met. Between getting a sour face given to me and condescending remarks about the flea drops I use, to being completely blasted for wanting to declaw my cats, the judgmental behavior towards me was ridiculous.I will never go to this vet again. I will never recommend this vet to anybody. I have already made an appointment with another vet and will be giving them my $1,000 for spay, neuter, and declaw and will use them for all my future business.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Even though our Dog was in for a nail trim, when Dr. Heinz passed by, she stopped to say hello and also ask about Misty, which I thought was awesome. A+

I think a little more explanation of cost and maybe offer some cheaper alternatives. I will get my dog whatever she needs but maybe offering less expensive medicines or offering discounts for frequent flyers would be appreciated. I hardly ever come out of there with less than a $200 bill.

We had to wait a while but that s to be expected and I was happy with the care we got so it makes it worth the wait. We are fairly new to the area but everyone seems so caring here and I appreciate that.

I think you’re charging too much. I was there with my dog for 10 minutes and the bill was $145. You do realize I take our daughter to a regular family physician for $15 and $35 for a specialist? A dog at your facility costs more than a human being for treatment. It’s difficult for ANYONE to justify that. I will be moving my veterinarian services elsewhere. I simply cannot afford your facility.

Our dogs were there from 730 in the morning till 6 PM at night. They were not taken out at all to use the bathroom. I did make several people aware that it would be later in the evening before I could get there.

I couldn t ask for my experience to be any better.

It sure would be nice to have nails filed after having had my dog’s nails cut. But thank you for your skill of trimming. The nails were very jagged afterward. Went to Petco immediately afterward where they filed the nails smooth.

It would be great to have a separate entrance/area for non friendly or really sick dogs. It gives me anxiety every time we come being around so many other dogs in the waiting area and my dog doesn’t play well with others.

Tater came in for his allergy shot Monday morning at 7:10. Before we left, we asked when his next allergy shot should be scheduled. We were told that they would talk to Dr. Roberts and get back to us. When we bought Tater in for his grooming on Wednesday, we asked again about scheduling his next allergy shot. This is the 4th of July, and we realize it is a holiday, but we are still waiting for an appointment date. Thank you for all you do for Tater.

We love are Vet but prices are little high compared to some other vets which can lead to putting some treatments off but as far as staff and Amy are vet they take care of are two fur babies in a very professional manner and we know they are loved there thank you Kevin

This was our first vet visit and my lab Lucy always gets anxious and loud. The staff was able to get us in a room well before our appointment time so we didn t disturb other families and we were seen right away! Had a great experience:)
