We have been clients of Rivertrail since it openend and have used Roddy Roberts over 20 years and have always received excellent treatment! He has treated 3 of our past dogs and had to help 2 of them go to doggy heaven! We trust the staff at Rivertrail and feel very confident our pets are receiving the best care possible! I ve only been here twice so far I think, but everyone has been pleasant, and the fact that your staff was able to trim my chihuahua s nails without the aid of a muzzle is an absolute miracle. Good job!

We have changed vet clinics. We no longer use RiverTrail. I told the receptionist that when she called to confirm Tyrone’s appointment. Apparently no one got the message or cared.

Twice I have had to take my pet to another veterinarian. These 2 different vets requested records from you. One vet called 3 different times. They were always told they would get fax them over. NEVER did the vets get any records! Not happy about that.

Coming from a family of veterinarians, I have very high standards and expectations - not to mention I am extremely picky about the care of my pups. From the time I called to initiate an appointment until the time I left after being seen by Dr. Caruso - we had a stellar experience. Jenny was so kind and very patient as she explained the different care packages, explained pricing, how the online pharmacy works, etc. Monica was very kind - she listened to us and was very thorough in her explanations as well as offered her expertise and knowledge based on what would be best for our dogs - in way of flea/tick prevention, etc. Dr. Caruso - wow, where do I begin!? Seriously adore her - she has a fantastic bedside manner. She is honest and to the point. Taking care of my pups can be expensive - especially since we have 2 of them. Never once did I feel like Dr. Caruso was trying to up-sale me. She gave her medical opinion based on my dogs health and her recommendations - which allowed my husband and I to make an informed decision on our next steps. My pups get very nervous going to the vet and also boarding them can be a challenge because they are sensitive to all the chaos and noise of the general boarding facilities. Dr. Caruso was very sensitive to all of this and provided us with options that would allow a more comfortable stay for our pups. Also, Dr. Caruso was very loving in how she addressed the pups and tried to make them comfortable. Also, there was a sweet young lady who showed us around the facility - I can t remember her name - but she was also very kind and helpful to explain everything and how the boarding works...what our expectations would be, when the pets go out, get fed, etc. Overall, a stellar experience. We will be back and will continue to share our positive experience @ RTAH. Thank you!!
