We have been clients of Rivertrail since it openend and have used Roddy Roberts over 20 years and have always received excellent treatment! He has treated 3 of our past dogs and had to help 2 of them go to doggy heaven! We trust the staff at Rivertrail and feel very confident our pets are receiving the best care possible! I ve only been here twice so far I think, but everyone has been pleasant, and the fact that your staff was able to trim my chihuahua s nails without the aid of a muzzle is an absolute miracle. Good job!

We have changed vet clinics. We no longer use RiverTrail. I told the receptionist that when she called to confirm Tyrone’s appointment. Apparently no one got the message or cared.

Twice I have had to take my pet to another veterinarian. These 2 different vets requested records from you. One vet called 3 different times. They were always told they would get fax them over. NEVER did the vets get any records! Not happy about that.
