Got us in within a few hours of calling and gave us an estimate of what to expect for surgery so there were no surprises. Everyone was very friendly!

We love river trails animal hospital and Dr. Roberts leaves us with the confidence in knowing our babies are in good hands. Thank you for always being a top notch experience every time. We brought our pups to river trails when it first opened And I can honestly say that we would not consider taking them anywhere else.

When we originally booked our appointment in the beginning for this trip we went over all the services. I called back twice prior to our drop off appointment and had to go over ALL the services we requested again and that we needed the staging area. Not sure why this was the case. We do need someone to call us 918-582-7653 regarding our last boarding bill on Wednesday prior to pick up we were told our dogs were out of medicine but from what we can tell we were still charged.

Even though I answered all of your questions with 5 stars, we will not be returning due to the price. $500 for two dogs’ appointments and 3 months of meds is ridiculous. We have found a vet clinic and hospital that offers all that Rivertrail offers, at almost half the cost. I’m sad to leave because other than the price, I love Rivertrail.

Nobody, including the veterinarian seemed to have any idea why we were there. I made the appointment in response to a reminder post card saying Ike was due for a blood panel. When I made the appointment, that reason was a mystery, and when called to an exam room, the tech was likewise mystified. I’ve known D.C. for 30 years, and he had nobody to help him access Ike’s chart, but $225 later we left with blood drawn, flea and tick meds, and eye drops. A prescription was called in incorrectly on Friday, D.C.’s day off due, I believe to incorrect notes on my dog. I’m a childless only child, and these dogs are my children and I expect a higher level of care, which is why we moved to this practice and D.C. Smith. This can and will be resolved, but I feel compelled to honestly enunciate my experience. Regards, Bruce Wiley

It would be nice to have the diagnosis explanation on the checkout sheet.

My dog was hurt and received staples while staying on riverside. The staff must have pushed or pulled her up the ramp to be bathed. Chloe must have fallen off and put a gash in her arm. I was not happy that happened. She does not like ramps and must have been forced on it. I’m glad she was taken care of, but I felt sorry for my dog.

I was very nervous about the appt because I knew my dog wasn’t feeling well, but Dr. George made me feel so much better. I could truly tell he cared and I left there feeling very relieved!

We are soooo thankful that Dixie gets to be a patient of Dr Roberts. Everyone is wonderful!!! Y’all are the BEST!!!

I ve always been happy with the care given to my pets! The staff is polite, caring and informative when asked a questions.

Dr. Roberts is the best! I fully trust him for the care of my “kids”. Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and he takes his time to address any questions or concerns I have.

The staff was amazing and accommodated both of my boys. They took very good care of them both even the one that is a little nervous about his nail trim. I won’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Heinz was going to email me some info on feline asthma, plus copies of Midge s xrays but I haven t gotten those yet. If she could do that this week that will be great. Thanks for loving Midge and Jack!
