Dr. Heinz is a great vet. Her Care and medical advise for our pets is comforting and honest. Thanks to Dr. Heinz for automating Misty s Proin prescription.

River Trail Animal Hospital & Boarding have always put my fur babies 1st. They schedule you in ASAP, treat your fur baby as if they were their s, are kind & respectful, & will answer any questions you may have!

I was never called to advise that my dog was ready for pickup. I dropped her off at 0930 for a bath and nail clipping. I had to call back at 1600 to find out if she was ready. Some body dropped the ball!

Other than the hefty price $$$,everything was great

We brought our Bella Rae in because the vet we were using was closed. Bella boards with River Trail so we called and had an appt scheduled right away. The wait was long but we were kept updated and understand that issues/emergencies happen. Dr. George took such great care of Bella and made sure we understood everything. We are happy we have found a new vet!

By far one of the best Veterinary Clinics I have been to!! The staff and doctors were wonderful and made Stella feel comfortable ????

I have been in to this office numerous times over the past 6 months (more than 20) because of arthritis shots and surgery that my dog has had. While I think the care is good, EVERY time I’ve been there I’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes, even if it’s just for an adequan shot. Staff is apologetic but always say it’s been a hectic day. This office needs to hire more staff. I just recently switched vets because of this issue. I won’t be back.
