Other than the hefty price $$$,everything was great

We brought our Bella Rae in because the vet we were using was closed. Bella boards with River Trail so we called and had an appt scheduled right away. The wait was long but we were kept updated and understand that issues/emergencies happen. Dr. George took such great care of Bella and made sure we understood everything. We are happy we have found a new vet!

By far one of the best Veterinary Clinics I have been to!! The staff and doctors were wonderful and made Stella feel comfortable ????

Would be at Woodland if not for Dr. Heinz! She makes us feel like VIP.

I have been in to this office numerous times over the past 6 months (more than 20) because of arthritis shots and surgery that my dog has had. While I think the care is good, EVERY time I’ve been there I’ve had to wait at least 30 minutes, even if it’s just for an adequan shot. Staff is apologetic but always say it’s been a hectic day. This office needs to hire more staff. I just recently switched vets because of this issue. I won’t be back.

I love all your vets dr Monroe did all she could to help in a bad situation my dog has become difficult he starts shaking when I go to get him out of the truck and then when the dr was going to check his heart he snapped at her then threw a fit just to check his heartbeat although I did remember he doesn’t like to be held around the neck which I did. I felt so bad after I wished I would of apologized more. But we will give him sedative next time and he’s a Belgium Malone’s and I think I usually see dr Hines he’s a nice dog usually but I guess he may have to only go to the vet when he has to and I’m going to see about more training. He went from fairly easy to get shots to where I can’t get his nails even trimmed. Dr Monroe helped us so much when our Bailey had bad cancer and had to go to sleep dr Monroe was so sweet..

The rooms were nice and spacious. Having clear doors to the waiting area was different. Perhaps a light film could be used over the doors. This would keep the open feeling, but provide a bit of privacy

Dr. Heinz was so nice and friendly.

I would like to suggest the exams be performed in front of dog owners. This is the first time I’ve been to a. Vet where that didn’t happen, and to me it doesn’t instill a sense of transparency. Enjoyed the service otherwise
