The rooms were nice and spacious. Having clear doors to the waiting area was different. Perhaps a light film could be used over the doors. This would keep the open feeling, but provide a bit of privacy

I would like to suggest the exams be performed in front of dog owners. This is the first time I’ve been to a. Vet where that didn’t happen, and to me it doesn’t instill a sense of transparency. Enjoyed the service otherwise

I tried to call on my pet while she was in day care, but never received a call back. Also, my dog, Summer, has a scratched cornea after being in your day care. I liked the cleanliness of your facility and the friendly staff.

Was not informed of cost of dental until I asked tech. She then explain it completely. You shd give prices at time of appointments. However,pricing was reasonable and cleaning was done very well. Would recommend.

It was great. Much reminded me of our vet office we started at before we moved a few times from Illinois. Got in the next day and all were friendly. Even my usually very crabby dog allowed the staff to hold her. That s a big deal. Thanks for taking care of my furry family member!

My dog had his teeth cleaned. In the past I have spoken with a doctor or tech when picking him up. That did not happen. The price had gone up significantly. I have checked with other clinics and most of them charge $160-$200 for a level 1 dental cleaning as apposed to the $230 that I was charged. I love the doctors at Rivertrail but may have to switch practices if the costs keep going up.

I feel like the appointment charge is fair priced. However, medication was extremely expensive. There should be discussion over the medication prices before you’re slammed with an amount or have the option to fill at Costco. Other then that, the tech was awesome and the doctor very nice.

Dr. Hooley is a wonderful vet and I am so grateful to have found him to take great care of my pets. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. He also never rushes and takes all the time I need to ask questions. I could not be any happier with the service I receive at your clinic.
