Def appreciate the care provided at the Bixby location. Very disappointed in the Riverside location after TWO visits to remove sutures from a surgery they did...and still had a suture remaining which I removed myself. Also my daughter made an inquiry phone call regarding contaminated water and the vet who spoke to my daughter was flippant and rude. I am a medical provider and would never get away with being flippant to my patients. We’ve spent thousands of dollars at this business and will only return to the Bixby location for future care.

I was very satisfied with the care in all ways. My pet is improving considerably.

Dr. Roberts is our doctor, he is the most caring doctor ever. He always talks to our pets and makes them at ease before he starts the exam. He explains everything in detail in a language we can understand. We are retired and on a fixed budget so he gives us all option that are available for our pets treatment.

Since we moved here 2 years ago, we have always been very pleased with the very organized, always friendly staff. In our experience, it is very easy to schedule doctor visits, grooming and lodging appointments. Everyone always has a smile on their face and treats us and our pet with respect.

I was visiting for a dental 1 and when I made the appointment with receptionist I was given a different time to arrive than what I received from the automated message. I called the clinic and we compromised. For a dog that can be reactive to others when in crate I like to be able to reduce the amount of time he has to spend there before procedure. I appreciated the included nail trim. Also, I’m seeing more literature on fear free vet practices and think that could be a great addition for you to offer.

I have known D.C. Smith for the largest part of 30 years, and we moved to have his professional care for our two dogs. We recently lost one dog which could have been avoided if we had the competency of D.C. Smith. The clinic is beautiful, and we were treated with kindness, compassion and the upmost courtesy. It is good to have a home.

My dogs have been cared for by Dr. Hooley for over 10 years and we have spent over $20,000 during that period. During our most recent visit Dr. Roberts saw our dog Nibbles, and as usual, his service was excellent. What was not excellent however was having to sit in the examination room for almost 25 minutes waiting for him to arrive....though completely understandable if an emergency was the cause of this delay. Perhaps most disappointing however, was the technician who failed to keep us informed AND her objectionable attitude once informed we had Nibbles Rabies injection addressed elsewhere simply as a matter of convenience during a period of family illness. It was only after she we was so informed that our 25 minute wait ensued. Her reading of the name of the vet aloud after making a copy of the rabies record was also COMPLETELY uncalled for. I am assuming this assistant s attitude is not typical of the staff now employed by River Trail.....and certainly not acceptable to Dr. Hooley. It was however, a far cry from what we experienced during our 8+ years of monthly visits with our beloved Happy . Suffice to say.... taken aback and disappointed . Raymond D, Norton

I appreciated so much that the office was able to “work us in” and complete Teddie’s wellness check a month early, so that she could be seen for injured paw pads that day. Dr. Roberts was extraordinarily informative and helpful, as always.

More time allotted for checkout, including results and any follow-up.

Really like Dr. Caruso very much, excellent service from her.

Explain how much things cost before doing them, not everybody can afford to spend so much. Put price tags on dog products like food. Have a prescription program for dogs would be great and explain what blood and urine results mean more clearly.

Dr. Monroe is Boo s dr and he she found some abnormalities when she did his yearly checkup. She has been wonderful in searching for his problem and has kept me informed all the way. She is wonderful with him and I am so impressed with the way she always promptly returns my calls, even during surgery to keep me informed. I wouldn t want anyone else to take care of my baby.

Dr Meridith is always professional, personable and provides me with information needed to understand what my pet needs. I am very happy with her and the services received at RiverTrail.
