I was pretty upset when the vet had a q-tip literally in my cat s eye socket, and some lady knocked on the door, no one answered or told her to come in, and so she just barges in anyway... while the vet s got a q-tip in my cat s eye socket, scaring my cat. She wanted to get the vet to sign some papers so another customer could leave, DURING MY PAID VISIT/TIME. What if my cat had even gotten more scared resulting in permanent eye damage????? What the heck?

Everyone was very kind and helpful even though it had obviously been a hectic day. I left feeling my dog still had a thorough exam and hadn’t been rushed even though the office was behind schedule.

Dr. and technician very caring and knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent service as usual. Thank you for being there.

What I like best is when picking up Guccci meds 30 of her pills are cut in half. She takes 1 and 1/2 tabs twice a day. What I don t like is the the change in staffing at the front desk. So overall you are doing a very good job.

Crossroads has always given our German Shepherd Bracken excellent service. The staff are all very nice and easy to work with too.

These people get 10 stars in my opinion. My appointment was scheduled promptly, the staff was great and my expectations were met 100 %. Everything went exactly as the staff told me it would. I will bring my pet here for all future care. Great job!

Could tell when I pick my two pups up from Doggie DayCare that they were very well cared for, and I thank you. One thing, though. I would have liked to have seen beforehand where they were being kept, but I was not allowed to go into the back area.
