Our Fannie was treated with excellent care and concern. Dr. Farber was so kind and explained her problem and the meds she would be on after her procedure. His assistant was so personable and the front desk staff was very professional and welcoming. Keep up the good work Crossroads!!!

My one disappointment was asking for a med to be refilled when I dropped off my critter so that it would be ready when I picked her up after work. The med was not refilled and I had to wait an extra 20 mins to leave while it was done. :(

We did not have an appointment - drop in care for ill dog. Expected to wait a long time but was seen by the tech within 15 minutes and by Doc Joey within 25 minutes. Pleasantly surprised, given that we had no appointment! Following Doc s advise and my dog s issue is much improved.

The nurse that came in to check on Bruce was really nice and friendly and so was the doctor. Thanks for taking care of my Bruce. Also I was dealing with an issue at work and the nurse gave me a hug which I needed at the time. Plz tell her thank you.

I’ve been very pleased with all visits to your clinic! ??

We were able to get our dog in on the same day, which was great. We were there for a long time, which is good b/c I feel that the doctor was very thorough in examining & providing testing. He was also very thorough in explaining all the test results. I know it’s very difficult to provide a diagnosis for certain things. Luckily, all the meds have seemed to work & my dogs horrible diarrhea is MUCH improved- gone actually- at this point. I thought he was going to die! The only thing I wanted to mention is that I was offered a few things that I assumed were complimentary. I don’t even know why I assumed that. I guess because it was kind of thrown out casually like “we’re gonna throw in some food etc”. It’s not a huge deal & it wouldn’t keep me from returning or recommending the place. I was offered an estimate in advance & the total wasn’t too far off. I knew it would be more due to the prescriptions being provided. All in all, everything went well. Thanks!
