I appreciate the new, spacious rooms. Nick was efficient and gentle with my nervous baby.

I would of liked to be greeted when I walked in the office. It was my first time and I was nervous. Angelina was helping a customer and Joan was on the phone but when Joan hung up she did not say hello or greet me. Angelina was very kind once she was finished with the man ahead of me but at least say hello , we will be right with you would of been nice.

I was totally impressed with Dr. McPalmer and her assistant Avery. My dog was so calm with their tender demeanor. I loved the vet…..Tilly is over 14 and she didn’t push expensive tests or care. Just keep her happy and when she starts to lose quality life it’s time to say goodbye. She’s the best vet I have ever seen. I am 80 years old and I have seen a lot. What a wonderful person. Avery is a wonderful tech. Dr. Gaffney is always top quality. And, I did a pretty good job myself on Parker at the clinic. Parker was very much herself when she got home. Ivy and I had ro run to a meeting of LAPP, so Parker had the time to chill. Also, Kelly is an awesome kitty burrito maker, and Avery held that burrito so Parker was comfy. He was so good, we all just hung out. Gaffney came in wondering why I was still there! I didn t know we were finished. Burrito-loving cat, who wooda thunk?

Gaff is the best!

I found the front desk staff to be off putting when I arrived to drop off samples Joan watched be walk in and kept me waiting without even an ill be right with you while she continued her conversation with a coworker. I found it rude and unwelcoming. The other gal didn t know how to print off the new client paper work. But wierd for front staff...my doc and nurse were great.

Dr Gaffney is an excellent vet whom I trust completely

We really liked both the tech & the Vet. I know this clinic will be a good fit for us.

Very thoughtful and kind services. Everything was explained thoroughly and there were not any unnecessary procedures.

Some of my “no” answers above would’ve been better answered with a sliding scale. My wait was more than I expected, not sure I would classify it as unreasonable but it did seem like it took a while. And once someone was at reception they were friendly but I was there for a few minutes before anyone got to the desk and greeted me. Overall it was a fine experience, Dr Gaffney and Nick were awesome!

I did not feel that the nurse we saw was knowledgeable or comfortable. Most of my questions needed to be saved for the vet.

Overpriced. 10 minutes early, but waited after 2 others that showed up after me to get help first.

My only complaint was not being greeted in a timely manner upon arrival into the lobby. Staff are always nice though. Love the vets!

You all were wonderful. I m so grateful.It is wonderful to have familiar faces ....Dr.Thomas AND it was great to see Dr. Gaffney again! And so funny you remembered my cats who would pee in a cup for me! Nick was great and so was Erica and everyone else whose names I didn t hear or am not remembering right now. Thank you all of you!!!

I feel it is getting to expensive. I believe heart guard plus was 54$ six months ago. $54 for a heart worm test seems very high. $33 for distemper ?????????????? Maybe I am out of touch with costs.

I really loved the experience. Everyone seemed nice. Especially the nurse and doctor!! I’ve never met such a friendly, caring duo in my life :)
