Always a great visit with Dr Gaffney and her assistants!

We are always skeptical when going to a new veterinarian ... The staff was absolutely amazing from beginning to the end ... You don t have enough stars to let y all know how happy and impressed we are ...and our dog Bubba loved the staff ... I ve always said I don t trust people who don t like dogs ...but I trust my dog when he doesn t like people ... ??

Nurse Nicole and dr McPalmer were so amazing , knowledgeable ! My girlfriend and I , as well as my dog were all under quite a bit of stress . Both women did their absolute best to educate us and calm our nerves ! They treated our pup like he was their own ! We have been treated differently at other facilities due to our dogs breed , but Nicole and Sara did not miss a beat in giving him the best treatment . 10/10 would recommend ! Small facility so they are super personal with clients and pets!

It was a busy day and the extended waiting time was was understandable. Overall it was a very good experience.

Did a good job.

Have one door to enter and other door to exit. Would be nice to have someone at door to greet people and let them know if there will be any delays with the appointment. If there is maybe taking pet outside to wait if there are too many people inside.

Experience was overall good! However, little to no suggestions or reassurance around post-vaccine issues with my cat were offered. A simple “sometimes cats experience side effects for a day after” was all that was offered, even on the second day of her not feeling well. Yet again thought, the vet doc and tech during the visit were great and very informative!

An employee sitting at the front desk was not particularly friendly; all other staff was kind. I do not believe she meant to be unkind, however, acknowledging owners of pets who are ill goes a long way to relieve stress. She was very focused on her task and seemed a bit irritated from interruptions .

Dr. Sarah McPalmer and the vet tech Nick were both incredible. This was our first appointment to Mulnix and both my girlfriend and I were blown away by how caring and gentle the staff was with our dog. I will be recommending every dog owner to Mulnix. 10/10. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. A+. Certified fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. I love Mulnix!!!

Dr. Gaffney took excellent care of Skye. It s been one day on meds and she is doing better. Cleaning her ears helped very much. Great care from all the staff.
