The communications between myself and the personel was super.I did not go into the office because Happy was picked up at my residence and returned after all the testing was complete.Best Service

I was so impressed that our vet immediately sat on the floor with our dog who was limping and not putting pressure on her front paw. She never even suggested putting her on the exam table. The vet tech followed the vets lead and was on the floor as well. They were truly wonderful in a very stressful time to all of us.

Jackie, working with Dr Barr on 5/13 was amazing she was so thorough with pre apt questions and post explain action of treatment plan. Dr Barr as well spent time explaining everything, was empathic and did not make me feel rushed. Thank you both!

Our wait time was close to 6 hours. Also, I never received a call with the results of specialist that was to look at xrays.

They are very nice, they go above and beyond to help your best and to worry you less.

I never got my refund for revolution, even though I was told twice it was credited

Blood tests results took longer than expected and required repeated follow up by me. Techs told me it would be 15-20 minutes to get a urine sample and it took 2 1/2 hours after repeated follow up as well. Poor communication between techs, doctors, and patients.

Understand with the times we are currently in. That said, I was not communicated with effectively about what was done with my dog. I had to make multiple calls to find out what was done and when he would be finished. Melissa said she would call me back with an update; after 1.5 I had to call back to get said update. I dropped my dog off at 10:30-10:45am. He was not finished until 7:45pm. The doctor never called to discuss the results of Max’s visit I was handed a explanation of what was done and told once I picked him up. The only explanation that I was given, multiple times, was “we have a lot of baths today.” If there were so many baths this could have been explained at the beginning as to inform of the time delay that could be expected. This is the first time that I have had, what I perceive as a negative encounter while having my animal cared for in this facility. I come from plantation to this facility as I have always very positive experiences here. Even when I lost my Rocky; the staff were so amazing in a very sad time.

I came because my kitten needed to be spayed. Well I called your office I was told you were having a special on spaying at the cost of $299.00. After my pet was seen I was told there were approximately $250.00 extra added on to the initial $299.00 price. That should’ve been disclaimed on my first conversation not after the fact. To me that is pure false advertising and truly angered me. Obviously I left without my kitten being spayed because I don’t like not being told the facts up front.

The staff was so nice and so helpful when I was in a panic with my baby boy Brocks. They took such great care of him.

I have known Dr Barr for 20 years and he is the best of the best !

Dr Foreman was absolultly amazing & blessing. She saved my Brownie s life when he took a turn for the worst from bringing him in for another problem. She was thorough and precise with explaining everything throughout the whole day he had to be there until transported to Advanced Vet Care Center for emergency surgery. The staff was also wonderful to us and professional and careful throughout this pandemic measures needed. THANK YOU!!!!!!! Brownie is healing very well and breathing like a champ.

It is an extremely stressful time in the world right now, and the staff here at Pet Express gave me great comfort to know that my cat is still well taken care of.
