Stop trying to oversell people on things. Always explain everything on the bill and it’s purpose. Also, review your upcoming appointments and know what the appointment was about with the parent doesn’t have to repeat themselves as they already took the time to explain why they needed an appointment. I’ve been coming to your facility since it opened and I feel as if you guys should be better than that. I was also sent home without a surgery date for my dog even though the vet knew I wanted to proceed.

This animal hospital is awesome. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Vet was very nice, caring, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I also appreciated them not price gouging me on prescriptions like other vets do. I will definitely be back and refer others.

I personally feel like communication from the back to reception is not what it could be. I had four dogs in over the past two months and every time something was not giving to me. Medicine, rabies tag, and more. That would be my only complaint. I have to come back to get Gaia heart guard / heart worm prevention that wasn’t given to me

Called to make appt, with Dr Forman, was told to bring him right in. When I got there Dr Forman had to go into emergency surgery( understandable) so I said I would wait. Waited approx 2 hours only to have a different vet come in. I had to explain all the previous treatment and plan. I am a little annoyed because if I knew it was going to be a different vet I would not have waited. I was also given the opportunity to leave my dog but as I live 45 mins away that was not an option.i would have remade the appt. My dogs problem is a little out of the ordinary and I believe in continuity of care

My kitty was seen 3 weeks ago and I prepaid for the fecal sample they gave me container to put it in and when I went yesterday I told them I already prepaid and I showed my receipt and they still charged me again for fecal examination another $26.50 after I already prepaid $39.95 why did I have to pay so much for a test that literally took 5 minuets to do. I paid a total of $ 66.45 that s just ridiculous too much, why did I even have to prepay and then pay more again?

Doctor and staff have been amazing and very friendly. They made us feel at home. We had to leave our baby Max there for a few days and I know they will be taking great care of him. Facilities very clean. I would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you

I am actually enrolled in another Vet program payment plan and am so upset because I love Pet Express and the staff there so much! I am trying to get out of my contract with the other hospital to start enrolling here, because the quality of care, and amount of time they spend working with you and for you, and in such a friendly and helpful manner, it is unbelievable and so tremendously uplifting. And of course my dog Zach loves them!

Excellent customer Service!!!! My dogs Vet is amazing

I feel that Dr. Basto genuinely cares about my dog! He s an older dog with multiple health issues and has been having real problems this past year. Once Dr. Basto took charge of his case, Barney began to improve and slowly recover. He has ongoing blood pressure, heart and arthritis issues, but under Dr. Basto s guidance, I feel confident that his case will be handled with compassion and the best treatment I can afford. I love my dog very much and hope to give him the best quality of life in his golden years!

Keep up the good work. You guys are so caring and passionate! Always get such great customer service. I can tell that everyone that works at pet express love being around pets. Our baby is our 4 legged kid and you all truly make us feel cared for when we bring her in because we are always worried about her. Just like today. I was able to get in right away. Happy new year.
