Very pleased with the care and attention given to my pet and myself by Dr Forman and the staff at Pet Express. Everyone was very concerned with making sure all my questions were answered.

We were very satisfied, everyone was very courteous, the Dr Conception was fantastic, I have been bragging about how great everyone was. Even following up the next day ,to see how our baby precious was doing, highly recommend this facility at highest Quality of service.

It was a waist if time... we have our regular dr. But offices were closed. So we decided to make local phone calls requesting prices. They gave us false prices over the phone, when we arrived it was filling out information then we got seen... thank gosh we had a free 1st visit if not... we would have waisted the consultation fee... do not go by what they tell you over the phone please request all payment and prices there and make sure they give you a print out or something if not... prices will change... and once you re seen they will charge you for the consultation... such a waist of time...

My cat had been urinating outside of the litter box and though I had reason to think the problem was stress-induced, I needed to have a medical ussue such as a UTI ruled out. I did not feel pressured by the doctor or tech to pay for all possible procedures at that time. However, I declined a follow-up appointment as I said I would schedule one if the problem hadn t been resolved. I think the.pet parent should not automatically be told to bring the pet back in 2 weeks. People will feel guilty, as if they are neglecting their pet, by declining the appointment, and every effort should be made to keep costs down. It may be preferable to suggest that a folliw-up appointment should be made if the symptoms persist.

The appointment took over 2 hours, cost me $400, and I still have no idea what s wrong with my dog.

The staff was amazing! I had an emergency and the staff jumped into action. They explained my options and I’m glad I made the decision to bring my little one here!
