honestly, service was great, but I only went for the Rabies Vaccine. I highly specified only Rabies Vaccine and they did three vaccines to dogs to charged me $322, which was out of my budget. Honestly, I am so disappointed because at the end I just felt they just wanted to charge as much as they could. I wouldn t come back just because of that bad experience.

I was very impressed with the kind and expert attention my dog received. I first found Pet Express for the extended hours and I will continue going for the quality of doctors and value.

I was provided a battery of tests in the past with other vets were not asked for until my dog came in a second time due to same illness. I’ve been a dog owner for 20 years and not sure if I was being recommended too many tests too soon. Usually I was given antibiotics and by my check up appointment ifmy dogs weren’t better, then blood work was a recommendation. So I felt it was an aggressive battery of tests. Makes me wonder if vet wanted me to spend money or really thought it was necessary to run all those tests for each of my dogs.

The staff is always so awesome and as busy as they get there s still so awesome

Everyone was very warm and caring while we were going thru a difficult time with our pet. The Drs were very informative. I will be recommending your facility to family & friends.

The entire staff was awesome . They took there time with our German Sheapard and handled him in a special way. Not easy to do. The best Vet hospital we ve seen by far. 10 stars.

Our vet and the lady that took our beardies vitals was amazing. They helped save our pet and we are so appreciative. The price was great and worked well with what we were able to afford. I would like to add that I was with my two young children, the receptionist that received us was a very sweet but later on in the evening there were two receptionist that made me feel very uncomfortable. My children started to act up and as I was going to take them to the car both my kids asked for the bathroom. I took them and was going to proceed to the car because I did notice my daughter getting loud and maybe making the animals feel anxy ( just an assumption but that is me being considerate) unfortunately, we have one car, and no way of making it to the appointment and having us drop off the kids and I so we had no choice but to attend the appointment for our pet w/ the children. I’m not sure if it was both receptionist or one but you can tell she was getting very annoyed with my kids. I even heard her complaining under her breath. I immediately grabbed both kids and took them to the car which I was already doing so but my son and daughter needed the bathroom before heading out while my husband stayed with our beardie. I know that kids can get abnoxious and annoying and I’d understand if there were multiple animals waiting but their were none. It’s almost as if the lady was getting annoyed with my two kids or maybe couldn’t stand kids at all, what do I know. It was Quite rude and a very uncomfortable feeling. I waited in the car for 45 minutes with my 2 year old daughter after that. Besides that the receptionist that checked us in was very nice so I would like her to be blamed and so were the vets! A+ Thank You for saving our beloved pet.

I loved Dr Basto! So kind and knowledgeable, she is the best! I am a client of yours from now on just for my dogs to be seen by her.

The staff and Dr were all so nice and welcoming! They took awesome care of my dog Rocky. Dr. Catour was amazing! She explained everything at great length and answered all my questions with a smile on.

Dr Basto is the best vet - brilliant, compassionate, great follow-up and calm so my hyper border collie settles - I followed her from Aventura and even before that

Train staff properly on how to assist customers with financial department miscommunication. Was told I wouldn t be seen until I fought for 15+ minutes.
