The office is VERY noisy with ALOT of doors slamming and security bells/alarms that go off everytime some one comes in and out. Not very comforting to a pet that is already stressed coming into that environment. Also, took a long time to be seen considering I was the first appt and they supposedly open at 7 (my appt was 820)

Staff are very friendly and excellent doctors !!!!! I will not take my baby any where else.

My dog went there for boarding. they told me he will need a check up of 45$ since its over six months that he hasnt been there. I agreed and told them he had something in his left ear if they could check that. They said yes. At the moment when I pick him up they didnt mentioned anything about the check up, any notes on the system, and my dog still the same. My dog came home with some scratches in his face.

I was charged for a nail trim on my dog besides the fact that I have a plan with this animal hospital that is covered and after I expressed my concern I was told a person would call me regarding this mistake and I have yet to receive a phone call and my money back I will not be renewing my plan for my dog with this hospital

The vet told me to call or come in if my dog didn’t feel good after our visit. I called two times the next day and waited for 5 hours for a call back. I spent $400 and I am not confident that the Vet diagnosed my dog’s problem correctly. Now when I touch her side she makes a noise like she’s in pain. Something the vet didn’t catch during her exam or x rays. Now I need to spend more money to see what’s really wrong.

Dr Foreman took the time to sit & talk with me after a stressful night. She assured me everything would be ok. Always give my Blade the best care. Good to know she is there for us

This was our first time visiting the facility. It was excellent. Dr. Basto has been our vet for two years and she is the best. We are very happy to be able to continue to have her as our pets doctor and we are very happy that she moved and now works in such a nice, clean and friendly place. We like it so much that we do not even mind the drive from Aventura.

The veterenarian that was attending to our pup seemed more interested in racking up the office bill than actually explaining the condition of our dog. After a workup that involved x rays and labs, her differential was heart disease or cancer even though the labs were normal and if she was knowledeable about how a bulldogs chest x-ray is different from non-brachicephalic breeds, would know how to read the heart silhouette on the x ray. The first experience I had here was good with a different vet, this visit was very disappointing.

Dr basto is the most amazing vet

the receptions was very nice! the technician was also nice. The doctor was nice and informative but when the results came out and went to pick up the dog she didn t come take to talk to me and explain the results. we just spoke briefly on the phone and i didn t really understand what was wrong with fatoush other than giving him this pill once a day and monitor the dog closely. those instruction were give by the technician that gave me fatoush back

Dr. Basto knows what she s doing. Gave me confidence from the moment she started handling my sick dog, showed how much she cared for his well being and avoiding his disconfort of the needles at all times. With the 1st treatment, my dog came back to energy, life and, even his hearing improved! (Something totally unexpected!)

The staff and the physician were very efficient, caring and patient. The environment is very clean. I really love this hospital. I would refer anyone that I know who has a pet.

Thanks to them, my puppy is able to be her adorable self again and I would recommend this hospital to anyone that has a puppy, dog, or cat!

You people know that when the rabies vaccine is given, a certificate comes with it. I don t have to ask repeatedly for it and then the printer doesn t work. It is unacceptable to give such an important piece of paper that is not printed properly. Like it is just common sense.

Dr. Patron and Hopkins were excellent, as well as the staff. A bit lost between shifts, communication between staff changing shifts can improve. Prices high can find a way to assist better loyal customers. Will take my dog back.... just some admin adjustments.

It just seems that the check out process between getting the final bill and getting the meds after seeing the doctor is very lengthy. It took about 40 minutes to get the bill and meds after being seen and then the bill wasn t complete. I did receive an email the next day and was appreciative. There must be a way to streamline checkout.
