Dr Wenzl never returned my phone call to follow up on Wiley. I feel that I was given too many medications for him without knowing what was wrong. The injections he was given in the office made him worse. I am looking for a holistic vet. Jen Posner

When I first started coming to Pet Express, it seemed like the staff was all over the place and didn t really know how to service their customers. However, I ve noticed a big difference in the time that I ve been coming there. There seems to be structure and the staff members are much more knowledgable and helpful. I appreciate everything that they have been doing for my pet.

I had two dogs in three days have emergencies. I took them both to Pet Express. Every staff person and both veterinarians were kind, caring, and comforting to both my pets and me. I am going to be using this office for my three dogs and cat from now on.

Everyone there was amazing and made us very comfortable! We will be recommending all of our friends.

The wait time was completely unreasonable. Reception was fine. .but to expect people to wait that long is disrespectful

I never get a call whenever my dogs are ready so I always have to call to check if I can pick them up. Also everytime I go I either get asked to pay when I have my plan, or like last time they ask if I already pay since the balance is 0. You should mark the accounts so everybody knows when somebody has a plan with you, or not to make the customers aks for the discount they get with the plan we purchase. When I have to get services for my dog i always have to ask please give my discount and there is confusion between everybody when it’s about this...

Dr. Wendell (spelling is probably wrong) was amazing like she new my dog forever. I have a working gsd and he loved her, be back again.

No one actually explained the exact things they did to check on a 4 month old kitten I brought in with a stomach problem, they said they checked her out, but at the end when I got home and read the procedure as to what they did, four or five things were done and not explained, I know everyone was busy but i called later on sat to ask nikki to call and explain some more , never to have gotten a call. your front girls were ok, not very very accommadating, since you are a service business. nikki was great , but no one really , explained the first check up when we thought it was an emergency. I trusted what you do, just would like to have understood everything. bill was fair. dr. came in explained she needed a shot for pain and coating the stomach, never saw her again.Not real thrilled, but good for an emergency. I run a thrift boutique where we raise money to give to animal shelters. we are a non profit been around for 10 yrs, big following. you were open, THAT was the saving grace.

The Hospital and Staff were pleasant and informative. The only issue was that I had a 1:20 appointment and was seen by the VET at 3:00 pm.

Phone hold time 25 minutes before being assisted on 2 different occasions.within a day apart. 6pm, and midday. Love my vets, both of them.examing room beyond freezing. Everything clean abd orderly. I love the informational pet videos, this helps to pass the time while waiting to be seen.

Not ever being here before, I was a little scared coming in with a sick dog...the entire staff was amazing...I could not have asked for a better visit.

My appointment was at 11am. The wait time was too long. This was also the same as my previous visit. Hope that this is resolved in future visits.
