The office staff was beyond friendly and took the time to warm up to my pet. However, I was extremely disappointed with the results and discharge of my pet. When I picked up my Dog from running several tests and Xrays for an injury, the Vet did not go over any results or recommendations. The Vet tech simply brought out my dog and a bag full of medications and dismissed me. When I asked to speak to the Vet about the results of his exam, they sent me a Vet-tech with a print-out of information that had literally nothing to do with anything that they had spoken to me about. I am very disappointed in the service and it is not worth the price if they are simply going to dismiss your pet and just send you home with pills with no explanation or recommendations whatsoever. I got more useful information by going home on Google after. Additionally, my dog smelled absolutely foul upon his return. Apparently he had relieved himself during examination. You would think that such a nice clinic would take more pride in the condition they return your pet but I was surprised they had no shame in returning my dog filthy.

Dr. Hopkins was amazing with my dog. Truly grateful for the great veterinary service and doctor phone calls.

Dr Wenzle is absolutely amazing. She is the first vet we’ve seen, and we’ve seen many, that actually took an effort to make sure my dog wasn’t stressed out at the vet. She made friends with him and worked really hard to make sure it was a positive experience for him. Aside from making sure he was healthy , she provided excellent service and made the scary experience a lot easier to deal with for both my dog and I.

I felt they wanted to do unessecary procedures and that the cost of the procedures were very high in cost.

The office staff is always rude. We encountered a situation that has left us undecided if we will return as customers. The wait time even with an appointment is always more than 15 minutes. Each and ever time we have visited it’s as if the staff could careless if we returned or not. Tried to call and speak with management about our last experience and was hung up on 3 times.

Very thankful to have my cats taken care of. Lobby is very comfortable also.

Great staff! Friendly. Great with my two dogs. Didn t try to sell me services I didn t need. Very professional. I finally found my go to animal clinic!

Great place & staff !

My only comment is the wait time even with an appointment is very long! The staff has such a high rate of turnover that you have to re explain your pets info because they don’t read the past notes! Things like this worry me because when your dog is on meds and has special circumstances with sedation etc if we don’t say this to the staff they make us feel like they will make a mistake! They have even made mistakes bring in the wrong screen n refer to someone else’s pet when you’re standing right there! I pay close attention to everything! They front staff n techs need to pay more attention to detail! More training!

Checking-in is always an issue. The staff up front is always fielding phone calls with individuals instead of managing the checking in/out patients.

The team was pleasant, professional and efficient. The office hours make it very convenient for working people to tend to their pets right away; a definite plus! Facilities are clean and up-to-date and offer diagnostic equipment onsite so results are immediate. They deserve one more star for their all-around care of animals.

This was a great Animal Hospital to come to. Providers were friendly, knowledgeable, sympathetic and the charge for the meds and visit were far lower if I had gone to another vet.. I recommend them!

Staff was nice but I was put in a room for two hours before anyone even came to help. 400$ later my animal looked the same as when I bought him in for a swollen paw...

We were not seen on 6/18. We were supposed to receive a follow up call from Dr. Forman on 6/18 to see how our pet was doing after she got very sick from being in your care. We never received a call until today & that was from a tech who was unable to reach me as I was in a meeting. When I returned her call, I was told that she was unavailable as there was an emergency so I left her a message asking that she return my call. Unfortunately, we never heard back from her. Our pet is still having issues. We tried to contact Dr. Forman tonight but was told that she was gone for the day & that there was nothing dicumented in our file regarding this issue.

I would like a better way to being billed upfront and then having a credit applied back. I can understand a charge to service rendered. However there was complications how the final bill would be either returned or billed.

I called the next day to thank DR Forman for being so informative & for making a perfect diagnosis. Jake was back to his old self within 24 hrs after bring see. Mary,the technician was very helpful as well as Chris at the front desk.
