Never laid eyes on the vet. Taken in the exam room right away but wait was too long once I was inside.

I really feel that the lady who work the desk and African American chic were very rude to me. Even laughing at me. That is really rediculous. Dr. Earll was quite arrogantly dismissive of my concerns and frankly that really turned me off. Unless an apology is made, I will not return.

Awesome doctor and phenomenal staff, they honestly care and are willing to help and provide as much information as humanly possible! We came on a referral from a specialist and we were EXTREMELY please with everything from initial appointment to after care following the pups surgery.
