I noticed that pets weren’t really being picked up or returned to people in the order they were lined up in. Pretty regularly someone further back in line would be helped first and then would be stuck in line until the 3 or 4 people ahead of them were also taken care of.

I appreciated the heads up with the possibility of longer wait times and “hiccups” due to the change of systems. We had a few issues that needed to be addressed and I appreciated the phone call and help with those issues. To have the option to provide our pets with great care in keeping them healthy in an affordable way is not something we take advantage of. So thankful for the smiling faces that great our pets, and the care they get. Thank you!!

My only complaint is that while you had my kitty for surgery I missed a call from y all. I tried to call back but spent like half an hour trying to navigate a phone tree to talk to someone before finally giving up and just coming back in person to see what was up. When you have someone s baby for surgery, there should be a way to return a missed call.

Sent home cuz he wasn’t old enough.. called they said they messed up it’s ok to come.. come back now he is too small… just wanted a fecal test and shots.. no two people provided matching info. Missed work for nothing.. puppy still not vaccinated. They were happy to take the payment but not issue a refund instead a credit forcing us to come back…. Once back service still not provided. Just very confusing. As someone who is on the spectrum it’s really hard to adjust to quick changes which is why I’m very diligent in my questioning process..

This was our first experience with Pet Resource and it was wonderful. I would recommend it for the professionalism of the staff and the process that you go through for your pet. Very happy with program

Took my dog in for a skin condition..sat in my car for an hour and 40 mins waiting for diagnosis or prescription. The young lady took my dog in and literally 4-5 mins later brought him back out to me. She then went inside..came back to my car with paper work and had know idea what the doctor said. She gave me a prescription for ears. His leg is bad..I asked what’s wrong with his ears she did not know. She had zero idea what the doctor told her. It was a waist of my time. She was going in and out with my questions I had. She was not knowledgeable at all..nor did she care. She was guessing and I could tell she had know clue how to answer. My time is money..and that was a waste..will go to my vet next time. At least I will get to talk to a doctor
