Couldn t read well...Cone on Queen did not allow her to eat comfortably so I removed it and she is doing just fine thus far. No swelling, No licking. Sleeps alot so feel she is healing well.

I think what you guys do is awesome and it s a really great thing. Thank you, be able to help me clean. Y, but because all around the community is people, but it also is our animals that are around us. All pets are part of the community. And then all pets friends. Wild or?\nNot even if they re wild, they can be our pets. Friend that they play without sank. But that s what I think the community is, but with what you guys do. It is awesome and it hoops the animals to keep the environment outside a little bit more livable. That makes sense.I think it s a great thing.Keep up all your good work and thank you so much! Very pleased with service, but I want to bring it to your attention that when dropping off, I waited 20 minutes AFTER my pet was received for the car in front of me to drop off her pet. Unsure what the issue was. Thank you for the valuable service you provide.

I love the help I receive from you all. The only issue I had was recently my pup came in for a spay. When I dropped her off, I was told I would get a call when she was ready around a certain time frame. I never received a phone call saying she was ready. I called twice and was unable to reach anyone. I left two messages and didn t get a return call. call. My husband just took it upon himself to go about 4pm because to my understanding the place closed at 5 and we would of been charged for coming up afterwards. My husband also felt the gentleman at the tent was a little rude. When my husband explained to him about what was going on, that we didn t get a call. The gentleman responded well you re here now that response didn t sit well with my husband. Other than this, my past experiences have been wonderfully. Thanks for all you all do

Everything went fine accept I waited in the waiting room for 40 minutes before my kitten was taken back.

I took our kitten in for spay surgery & am so happy I did. Every part of this process was easy, efficient and the staff was kind & able to answer all my questions. The cost was so much less than our veterinarian was going to charge and the only real difference was the 40 minute wait to drop off our kitten and 20 minute wait to pick her up later that afternoon. We have followed the directions given us since our kitten s surgery and she has done great! I highly recommend Pet Resource Center of Kansas City.

I’m grateful for the services you all provide but why does it take so long? Every time I’m waiting in my car for almost an hour and a half. My dog is only inside for 5 minutes and then the rest of the time we’re just sitting in our car. I get there’s a lot of people but it’s frustrating to sit there for that long.

Had a wonderful experience getting my sweet kitty neutered, as a first time cat owner.

I will never, ever come to you again! I was told they were only charging me $50 for her services and you took $70!! She has never been afraid to see the vet. She did not want to go to the tech and I had to carry her in. I couldn t get her leash off because she didn t want to go. The vet came up and pulled it off and I was told they would bring her out after her shots!! She came out scared and in pain!! I had to hold her and console her the rest of the day and night!! They were not gentle, they mishandled my little girl. Never again!!
