I have used the clinics mobile vaccine, urgent care, and spay and neuter services for a few years now. I am extremely grateful for everything that your clinic has been able to provide because without it my animals wouldn’t be fixed or updated on shots or my sweet cat wouldn’t have been diagnosed with his blockage even though it wasn’t a happy ending for us. Your clinic has always been absolutely wonderful and the staff is great.

They did not issue my cat a rabies number and I can’t register him without it. I’ve left a phone message and a message through the online chat and no one has gotten back to me. I’m going to get a fine from my city for not being able to register my cat on time

I truly want to express my gratitude for PRCKC and the efforts they make to help those in need. It’s comforting to know that we, as pet owners, have an affordable resource to turn to for our beloved pets’ care. Especially for those of us facing financial hardships, with costs rising everywhere, it’s a relief to know where to go for assistance without added stress.

Everything was great. The only suggestion I have is to have some sort of uniform instructions for after care at pick up. Some sort of checklist. The person who helped me was a bit scattered in her instructions.

Every aspect was top notch! My 2 felines are recovering beautifully!

I truly appreciate all you do for the Kansas City area pet community. I understand the need to utilize your staff in the most efficient way possible and using email as your main source of communication makes sense- but could their be a way for more direct communication? I have had a couple of emails that have never been answered and it is a little nerve wracking when you are worried about our pets and trying to get a more immediate response. Other than that - I love your services!

It was great working with pet resource but I kinda like it better when you come walk your dog in and actually talk to the veterinarian and also offer a few more procedures for certain breeds.

My cat was bilateral abdominal cryptorchid. I was quoted 3 different prices by 3 different staff. I asked for a call after surgery to let me know the final price and was told that was not a problem. I never received a call and had to wait until pick-up for the final price of service. I planned ahead and brought a lot of cash in various bills so I could pay the amount due without needing change. The process was confusing as a customer because I was told $360, then $110, then $235. I knew beforehand that the type of surgery could change dependent on the location of the testes. However, I did tell all staff that he was examined and is known bilateral abdominal cryptorchid. Also, if it is not possible to call between surgery and pick-up, then please do not tell the customer to expect a call. I understand if you are too busy, but please set expectations appropriately.

wonderful experience

We have had two pets receive dental care at Pet Resource and are very happy. I would like to speak to a vet regarding the cone that our cat Bunny has been wearing since surgery. We are feeding her by hand but she cannot get to her water to drink. I am worried about her. Can I get a call please. 816-223-2505. Thanks. Mary

Everything was great. It was difficult to connect with PRC. Something happened when I put my phone number in and it didn t send a text. I think it defaulted to a local area code So there was a delay getting an appointment because it s difficult to reach anybody when you call. That s the only feedback I understand the place is very busy. Maybe a direct line to the vet in the event there s an emergency.

The only thing I would change is to add plastic cone collar in brackets after iCollar in the instructions. It took me a few seconds to think of what you were talking about. Otherwise, everything was excellent and I thank you sincerely.

The best organization in support of pet owners! I have an anxious & reactive dog. They helped relieve a lot of stress with pre-medication and MOST IMPORTANTLY they allowed me to go in with him and hold him for his vaccinations. This went much better than last year and that makes me happy for YOUR STAFF! I feel like they helped reduced his stress and gave him one less thing to be reactive to!

I would have liked more information about how my dog behaved around them when I wasn’t there. I feel like I was kind of told in a round about way (which wasn’t very clear) that my dog needs to be sedated next time they see him. It wasn’t clear to me until I got home and read the papers I was given. Not a huge deal but just an fyi.

we have used your services several times for dogs and cats. I like the setup where they come get your pet, the last time we were there we went into the lobby. The staff that got our dog and brought her back were very professional and talked to our dog a couple minutes before taking her. we watched them with the other cars and they were similar with all the cars.

You guys saved my cat and I’m forever grateful! Treated me like family and always caring no matter what! You guys rock!
