I asked to take the Heartworm off our bill as I already have a 6-month supply at home. I was told that it was not an additional fee and included in the package. I was surprised that I was charged $25.00 for the Heartworm. It is not even a brand I use. So, I probably won t use it. I called to complain. The person I talked to should know how to answer my questions about cost. I also wanted to see if I could bring it back or have the bill adjusted. No one ever called me. I have been a donor for a long time and am very disappointed in this part of the service.

I am so grateful for this affordable option. We have cats in our neighborhood and need to get the population under control. Our cat has been resting and healing well as of day 3. My appointment to drop off my cat was at 8:30 AM. It was pretty quick and easy. I think earlier time are busier and require some waiting but my pick up and drop off was quick.

We liked the drive-up process. Made it easier for the pet to stay with us as long as possible without other pets nearby. A more affordable option and very convenient. We appreciate the staff.

My dog and I both felt very comfortable around staff who were taking care of her simply by how they interacted with us at the beginning thru the process of getting her spayed. I am grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you!

I will be bringing more of my cats/kitties to you...it was a great experience...I have been feeling overwhelmed...I am getting better...what turned into helping 3 dumped kittens for barn cats, has turned into a problem and I want to do right by all of them.

In Olathe you need a sign up letting people know where to go before they park. Then you wouldn t have to tell people to move after they are already out of their cars.

Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at your clinic has been very friendly, kind and helpful. I tell all my friends about it!

My husband walked in to his appointment at our scheduled time per my email, Also got a text confirmation. He was told he didn t have an appointment and they couldn t squeeze him in. After calling me to confirm the appointment, I told him we had a text of our appointment and email he goes back inside to let them know. They finally somehow find our appointment and are able to get him in. I had been calling, left voicemails to get my dog scheduled and never got a call back at all. I emailed and got responses back 24-120 hours later. I would never recommend this vet to anyone. I don t know not one person that has time for the inconvenience it takes to get a dog scheduled.

These ladies are great with Beanie and know there job.fast too.

Staff are friendly & always caring & helpful! I brought in 8 cats for vaccinations on Fri 10-24-25 & the power went out! I had FeLv & FIV blood test done on 2 cats that had been strays in the past & staff drew blood by flashlight! That is dedication ?? I still have not received my rabies certificate & tags yet. Couldn t read well...Cone on Queen did not allow her to eat comfortably so I removed it and she is doing just fine thus far. No swelling, No licking. Sleeps alot so feel she is healing well.

Y, but because all around the community is people, but it also is our animals that are around us. All pets are part of the community. And then all pets friends. Wild or?\nNot even if they re wild, they can be our pets. Friend that they play without sank. But that s what I think the community is, but with what you guys do. Very pleased with service, but I want to bring it to your attention that when dropping off, I waited 20 minutes AFTER my pet was received for the car in front of me to drop off her pet. Unsure what the issue was. Thank you for the valuable service you provide.

I love the help I receive from you all. The only issue I had was recently my pup came in for a spay. When I dropped her off, I was told I would get a call when she was ready around a certain time frame. I never received a phone call saying she was ready. I called twice and was unable to reach anyone. I left two messages and didn t get a return call. call. My husband just took it upon himself to go about 4pm because to my understanding the place closed at 5 and we would of been charged for coming up afterwards. My husband also felt the gentleman at the tent was a little rude. When my husband explained to him about what was going on, that we didn t get a call. The gentleman responded well you re here now that response didn t sit well with my husband. Other than this, my past experiences have been wonderfully. Thanks for all you all do
