My cat was bilateral abdominal cryptorchid. I was quoted 3 different prices by 3 different staff. I asked for a call after surgery to let me know the final price and was told that was not a problem. I never received a call and had to wait until pick-up for the final price of service. I planned ahead and brought a lot of cash in various bills so I could pay the amount due without needing change. The process was confusing as a customer because I was told $360, then $110, then $235. I knew beforehand that the type of surgery could change dependent on the location of the testes. However, I did tell all staff that he was examined and is known bilateral abdominal cryptorchid. Also, if it is not possible to call between surgery and pick-up, then please do not tell the customer to expect a call. I understand if you are too busy, but please set expectations appropriately.

We have had two pets receive dental care at Pet Resource and are very happy. I would like to speak to a vet regarding the cone that our cat Bunny has been wearing since surgery. Everything was great. It was difficult to connect with PRC. Something happened when I put my phone number in and it didn t send a text. I think it defaulted to a local area code So there was a delay getting an appointment because it s difficult to reach anybody when you call. That s the only feedback I understand the place is very busy. Maybe a direct line to the vet in the event there s an emergency.

The only thing I would change is to add plastic cone collar in brackets after iCollar in the instructions. It took me a few seconds to think of what you were talking about. Otherwise, everything was excellent and I thank you sincerely.

The best organization in support of pet owners! I have an anxious & reactive dog. They helped relieve a lot of stress with pre-medication and MOST IMPORTANTLY they allowed me to go in with him and hold him for his vaccinations. This went much better than last year and that makes me happy for YOUR STAFF! I feel like they helped reduced his stress and gave him one less thing to be reactive to!

Everyone is so nice and present as caring and hard working.

I would have liked more information about how my dog behaved around them when I wasn’t there. I feel like I was kind of told in a round about way (which wasn’t very clear) that my dog needs to be sedated next time they see him. It wasn’t clear to me until I got home and read the papers I was given. Not a huge deal but just an fyi.

we have used your services several times for dogs and cats. I like the setup where they come get your pet, the last time we were there we went into the lobby. The staff that got our dog and brought her back were very professional and talked to our dog a couple minutes before taking her. we watched them with the other cars and they were similar with all the cars.

You guys saved my cat and I’m forever grateful! Treated me like family and always caring no matter what! You guys rock!

The vet that took care of us at our last visit had an attitude about my pups behavior stating that he would try to bite and that he was being very “naughty” my pup is well behaved so if he’s off at a vet visit that’s normal it’s not a everyday thing that we visit the vet and we’re more that happy to help you guys with him but her attitude was way off and she never came back up to see if we had any questions or concerns, it just seemed like she was trying to get it over with, I’ve been to you guys with all my pups and love how kind everyone is, however this just really through me off.

I was really impressed and satisfied with the care provided to my kitten Binx! Her surgery area is very minimal and clean… very professionally done. I will be utilizing these services from here on out!

I asked to take the Heartworm off our bill as I already have a 6-month supply at home. I was told that it was not an additional fee and included in the package. I was surprised that I was charged $25.00 for the Heartworm. It is not even a brand I use. So, I probably won t use it. I called to complain. The person I talked to should know how to answer my questions about cost. I also wanted to see if I could bring it back or have the bill adjusted. No one ever called me. I have been a donor for a long time and am very disappointed in this part of the service.

I am so grateful for this affordable option. We have cats in our neighborhood and need to get the population under control. Our cat has been resting and healing well as of day 3. My appointment to drop off my cat was at 8:30 AM. It was pretty quick and easy. I think earlier time are busier and require some waiting but my pick up and drop off was quick.

We liked the drive-up process. Made it easier for the pet to stay with us as long as possible without other pets nearby. A more affordable option and very convenient. We appreciate the staff.

My dog and I both felt very comfortable around staff who were taking care of her simply by how they interacted with us at the beginning thru the process of getting her spayed. I am grateful for their kindness and support. Thank you!
