What a fantastic experience from booking to pick up. The staff was extremely friendly, understanding and patient. I had some questions and they were helpful in explaining in detail how to help as well as offered follow up calls if needed. I appreciated their attention to detail and how sweet and gentle they were with our dog. The surgery went well too and so far, recovery has been good. Thank you for all you do for our community and thank you for working hard to keep the process moving for all of the families. I know a lot of people are seen each day, but the business runs so smoothly. Will recommend to others!

I have been leaving messages, and no return call. I believe I was overcharged. I paid the $50 deposit, asked for financial aid and my husband was still charged $190 . I liked how all the after care for the spay was online and easy to access, the staff answered all my questions and was able to help quickly!

I don t think my dogs ears were checked and now he is in severe pain and the issue has gotten worse. I don t have any money to get him checked out or for meds

My 8 lb Yorkie was fixed and was supposed to have been given 5 days Gabapentin but only 2.5 doses were in the bottle. Of course, the Phone # to call if there were complications allowed messages only and no one returned call for a week. But she did well thru the recovery period.

The only thing I d suggest is that, after surgery our pet s shouldn t be sent home until the next day, my experience was my cat Kurtis-Lee did not react well from being put under and it was a very scary long sleepless night that night. Rather than that everything was perfect and the staff was amazing they just need to keep people s babies overnight if they were put under during that same day!!

I was so suprised that you even cut my dogs nails! Her feet are so beautiful. She has anxiety when she sees me come out with the nail clippers and Im so scared to cut too short!! THANK YOU SO MUCH! Luv Panini

I applied for financial assistance. I never received a response. That was disappointing. Other than that, the whole drive up program was amazing! My dog, Puddin, is doing fabulous!

Please make phone calls easier! I called several times due to a location issue and I could not reach a person to clarify the address or to tell that I was going to be late. There was not an option to speak to a human on the call line which was a little stressful. Otherwise, we had a great experience and my kitty is healing well! :)
