Sent home cuz he wasn’t old enough.. called they said they messed up it’s ok to come.. come back now he is too small… just wanted a fecal test and shots.. no two people provided matching info. Missed work for nothing.. puppy still not vaccinated. They were happy to take the payment but not issue a refund instead a credit forcing us to come back…. Once back service still not provided. Just very confusing. As someone who is on the spectrum it’s really hard to adjust to quick changes which is why I’m very diligent in my questioning process..

This was our first experience with Pet Resource and it was wonderful. I would recommend it for the professionalism of the staff and the process that you go through for your pet. Very happy with program

Took my dog in for a skin condition..sat in my car for an hour and 40 mins waiting for diagnosis or prescription. The young lady took my dog in and literally 4-5 mins later brought him back out to me. She then went inside..came back to my car with paper work and had know idea what the doctor said. She gave me a prescription for ears. His leg is bad..I asked what’s wrong with his ears she did not know. She had zero idea what the doctor told her. It was a waist of my time. She was going in and out with my questions I had. She was not knowledgeable at all..nor did she care. She was guessing and I could tell she had know clue how to answer. My time is money..and that was a waste..will go to my vet next time. At least I will get to talk to a doctor

It was a wonderful experience, thank you so much for the care shown to my sweet puppy! I was instantly comfortable due to the way your staff greeted my puppy and cuddled her like she was their own to help her feel comfortable. Thank you again!

I was very pleased with the service and treatment of my dog. Dropping off and picking up my dog was efficiently run. My dog has been well and recovering nicely. I ve been using their services for the past year and have appreciated their knowledge and care. Thank you, again.

Although it was difficult to get an appointment I was more than pleased by the service I received and will continue to bring my pet there.

Communication & the experience were both great!

I do rescue work so when I called, I was planning on doing a package deal for a rescue cat. It turned out that the people that adopted the cat had had everything done except for one fvrcp vaccine. I filled out all the paperwork on the day that we brought the cat in and said all I needed was the neuter and the vaccine!! I wrote it on top of the kennell as well and wrote it on top of the paperwork that I filled out so it was listed three different places. And still the Cat ended up getting a secondary rabies shot! And a microchip!! The cat had just received a rabies shot at the owners veterinarian office. I think this could actually be dangerous, but the cat is doing OK. He now has two microchips and two rabies shots in less than three months. I was really disappointed about that, but I do think your fees are amazing so I will continue to use you for rescue animals. I also paid cash and did not get a receipt for that.

Would of liked some med for LuLu ears afzer cleaning them having ear mites. Wish we could of gotten some

My experience is usually great but this one time I was seen before the person in front of me and had person behind me so I was blocked on getting out I dont mind waiting but for 15 min with it being cold I had to run my car use up a lot of gas to keep warm the person in front of me officially had something that took a lot of time should move out of line to keep lines moving I had an appointment at that. If we could put people like that in a different lane is my suggestion

PRCKC has spayed and neutered both of my kittens recently and the service and coordination was phenomenal. Its a busy place but we and out kittens were treated with amazing care. And we were also helped generously with the cost as we were in need. Much appreciation to PRCKC!

Great service greatly appreciate the help with getting the care our furbaby needed. Only thing I would ask different is i know you serve alot of animals but she pooped in her carrier on the way there and none of it was cleaned she was given back to us with poop all over her still which made the ride home AWFUL!
