Everything was great except I would say for the drop off time in the morning you guys might wanna have arrows or signs kind of showing people when they pull in the parking lot where to go maybe even from the outside of the fence before you pull in I did notice one car behind me. Some guy got in front of people and then I don’t know if there was miscommunication from the checkout check-in booth, but my check-in time was 825. My cat didn’t get picked up from my car and I checked in probably 10 minutes before that and pulled up, but I noticed several animals were taken in before our Steven people who had arrived way after me we’re probably six cars behind me. Three animals were checked in before me in my way to expected an hour like I said. 1.5 hours with no update I had to ask someone other than that itv was great. Just confused in the chicken cross I also did read that dogs were taken first but most of the animals that were before me even though I was there before them was cats so not sure if there was an error in the check out booth or what but thank you for everything. My cat is doing well. She didn’t even need pain medicine after day two she was not stressed out like I thought she would be if it was fair and pleasant. Thank you so much.

I never received my dogs rabies vaccine paperwork. I received a digital receipt. But I never got an actual shot record. I asked for a physical copy and was told a digital would be sent, because they are doing things digital now. I was told I would receive it that day and still haven’t, 2 days later. The staff is very nice and wonderful with my dog. I just need my paperwork for travel.

I just want the records and have been trying to get them for nearly a month with no luck

Have more training done on a new system before fulling implementing it. We sat for almost an hour waiting for someone to bring us our invoice, then it was like the first person we spoke with never communicated with the second. We asked for donated flea and tick product, and then we were never charged for our dog s vaccine or even got proper paperwork documenting that it was his second in a series of three. We also did not get a reminder card for when his final round is due. Overall very disorganized.

I noticed that pets weren’t really being picked up or returned to people in the order they were lined up in. Pretty regularly someone further back in line would be helped first and then would be stuck in line until the 3 or 4 people ahead of them were also taken care of.

I appreciated the heads up with the possibility of longer wait times and “hiccups” due to the change of systems. We had a few issues that needed to be addressed and I appreciated the phone call and help with those issues. To have the option to provide our pets with great care in keeping them healthy in an affordable way is not something we take advantage of.
