I had a great experience using this vet for my cat’s spay. Highly recommend. Kind staff.

Was there for a 3pm quick dental exam in a 3 yr old dog with no specific dental concerns other than planning a cleaning. Was not seen until after 4pm after waiting in very long line. They evaluated dog in a couple minutes then waited another 30 min to get approx estimate of $1000 with no explanation. Estimate seemed to include time to remove some teeth which seems strange seeing she has had no issues, is young, and we brush her teeth daily. Her local vet estimate was $400 but we saw online that it might be half that online either way PRC

Your organization is absolutely wonderful! Nothing needs to be improved. I do have one friendly suggestion. It would be so nice for you to provide “spay shirts” with your logo on them for spaying dogs. My dog couldn’t tolerate the “E collar” at all so I found a “spay shirt “ on Amazon that keeps my pup away from her incision. Perhaps You could include the spay shirt in the programs that you offer. It would be a great advertisement of your exceptional place.

This was an easy process. The ladies that took our dog and brought him back were very nice and explained everything. I would recommend your services.

I dropped my dog off to be spayed. I was told 3 different times that they would text me when she was done. They estimated between 230 and 330. I’m waiting and waiting and no text or call. I call at 4pm and no one answers the phone at 4pm. There is no emergency number or any way to contact anyone. I was scared to death driving back there 30 mins from work. I wasn’t sure if my dog was okay or not. I then get a call at 445 asking me when am I going to pick up my dog. I stated I did not know she was ready and why didn’t anyone text me. The caller said they usually don’t. That makes no sense because how am I supposed to know to just come up there if I don’t know she’s ready. I do have a job I couldn’t just come sit and wait for hours. Needless to say, I asked the caller how long has she been ready and she hung up on me. I arrived at 450. They brought her out around 515 and went over discharge paperwork. They said call the office if there is any excessive discharge coming from the incision, I asked if there was an after hours contact number and they said no. So how would I call if something happened before 8am or after 4pm?

The only issue I had was with communication about my appointment and confirming the time of arrival. Thankfully the FB contact was able to clear that all up quickly! Thank you for everything you do!

The staff was great even with 2 tornado warning sirens twice within an hour. They made sure we sheltered in the hallway with our pets by the 2 restrooms, inside both restrooms & another room nearby. They were calm, quick, efficient & made sure we were all taken care of safely. They let people leave when they needed to whether they kept their veterinarian appointments or not. They even guided traffic well so the cars would exit when we were done and ready to leave.

Everyone goes above and beyond. Thats a rarity these days. I recommend you to Everyone. And am so appreciative of all u do for me and my babies. Thank u all from the bottom of my heart. Please keep doing what ur doing.

The young man working the check-in booth was doing an amazing job of managing the traffic flow and making sure that the car that cut the line was identified and handled properly.
