Great quality of care with more than affordable prices,thank God for these people.

I made an appointment got 11:10 and wasn’t seen by the vet until 12:10. While I understand that I’ll have to wait a bit, it feels like that time slot was overbooked, as by the time I was seen there was not nearly as many people checking in. I also know that some people who checked in after me were seen before me, so i’m not sure the way the cars were lined up was the most efficient. I love what you all do and I will continue being a customer, however it is a little frustrating not being seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment.

I have been bringing Freddy to PRCKC for about 7 years and have referred many people and there animals also. PRCKC is the best by far. They best any Vets office by far with care and customer service. Thanks so much

The wait was a little long (which you told us it would be), but worth it! Everyone we talked to was kind, friendly, and skilled with animals. I am impressed with how hard you all work to benefit our pets. Finally, thanks for the Bomb Pop! What a pleasant surprise.

It’s more of a question than a comment but , How come you don’t utilize the truck to do shots at the home ? Or what is the truck used for? I think it would like free up space for the ones who are needing the surgery & or pick different days for both just for less traffic . My baby was treated and cared for with the upmost respect and I love that , will br back next year for her shot ??

Picking up your pet should not take an hour. Is there away to have more staggered pick-up times? Have more people there to help get the animals to the cars?

The waiting to drop off and pick up wasn t great, but understandable considering the amount of pets and work that they do every day. Very affordable and professional. I would recommend Pet Resource Center to anyone.

When I came in with my cat for his dental procedure no one took my name but just told me to sit in the waiting room. Then I was forgotten about and had to go ask. It was noisy and stressful for me and my cat with dogs barking and the noise of different people working and walking by. I was also told there was no financial assistance and it was hard to prepay the required $401 a month plus in advance of his appointment. Later after his procedure I was told I could get financial assistance if I were to say I only had “x” number of dollars to pay. As it turns out my cat’s needs were not at the estimated level and therefore the charge was only about $286. Then I have to wait to get a refund to my credit card. My cat, after I got him home was very delirious and still quite sedated, falling over and tripping on himself, trying to jump on things and falling. He was also very scared. In contrast, I had another cat at my regular vet the very next day for the exact same procedure. He came home wide awake, on pain meds, and very happy and lovey with no fear. Of course, it cost me three times as much which I couldn’t really afford but since he is FIV+ the woman at pet resource who brought out my first cat after his procedure recommended that I take my second cat to my vet rather than pet resource. Overall, I found the experience rather confusing.

The staff was super friendly. We got the gold bone package for Artemis. And he has done wonderfully!! Highly recommend your services!! And have already!

I was very worried after dropping my lil baby off just because I worry and there were a ton of people there. But I m very impressed with your guys practice as having to do what you guys do every day takes a lot of dedication and I appreciate you for all you do ?? thank you for keeping the pets of KC safe and healthy ????

Everything was great except pick-up. The gentleman at check in disallowed me from getting in a different lane that I knew I would be able to pick up and have the ability to leave. Instead, they brought me my puppy, and I was stuck sandwich in between cars for 45 min. My poor puppy ended up peeing all over himself in the car because of the wait. I wish you had a better system for pick up when your animal is ready to go. That part is frustrating.

My dog’s stomach where her sutures are does not look good at all. They pulled the skin in so tight that hair is growing into her wound. I know it’s not suppose to look like this. I hope it heals right.

Everyone was wonderful so kind and caring. The mail worker at the check-in was very nice and had complete control of everything that was going on. The girl that brought my cats to the car explained everything about aftercare and was very kind and considerate. I m very happy I was able to bring my pets to your facility and I really admire the work you are doing for the community

I can not express how thankful I am for Pet Resource. These men and women have the biggest hearts and are always so helpful. I have 4 cats and a dog and each has had EXCELLENT care here. I would recommend to everyone and I have. Absolutely wonderful people!!! If it wasn t for Pet Resource I would not be able to afford the care my pets need and deserve. A high five to each and every person that volunteers thier time to help the pets of KC and surrounding areas.
