The $75 puppy package that I had done at the appointment to my new puppy includes a fecal exam however I don t recall seeing them do it and any results of one is not included on my paper and I was not told the results.

Not everyone was on the same page as to where to go when picking up my pup after a dental cleaning. The email said nothing about the procedure when picking up. I drove by the back door, one lady said I had to get into the lane, so I did. Then another lady said no, I needed to go park and come inside. I was beginning to get frustrated. Put something in the email about pick up, and then get everyone on the same page. Other that that, the experience was awesome! Maybe not so much for Zena, but it was for me! Thanks, Chris

I brought 3 cats in that all have diarrhea. When I made the appointment I checked online that I wanted a fecal test done. When I checked in for the appointment, I explained why we were there, that I wanted a fecal test done & why I thought this could be happening with my pets. I waited an hour and my cats were brought in and out w/in 10 minutes. I asked about the diarrhea and the lady told me to put the cats on a bland diet & get dewormer from online. This lady, also wasn’t the veterinarian. I wonder if it was ever communicated to the veterinarian that my pets are having issues or did one of your staff members just decide on their own how to treat my cats w/o consulting the doctor? I’m pretty sure that’s what happened because for whatever reason they didn’t feel like working that day. I asked if a fecal test was done & I was told one was not done. I said I am very concerned about this & this is the whole point of our visit. She said try the dewormer first and REFUSED to do a fecal test. I made a review about this online & the response from your team was that “there must have been a misunderstanding.” I don’t know why your staff refused to treat my cats. We were the last car of the morning though. There absolutely was not a misunderstanding. I was polite and I was very clear as to why we were there. I cannot understand why your clinic would refuse services. My cats were all once street cats that I have rescued. They don’t do great interacting with strangers or during car rides. Now I have to load them up for another vet appointment because I am certain this isn’t parasites and they need treated by a veterinarian. I left your clinic in tears. We will never be back and I definitely won’t be donating to this clinic.

Thank you for handling our Ava Rose with care. She has changed our lives. We got her last April after I lost my son. My youngest son needed her. Of course she can t replace my son though she has given us love, laughs and support. I was referred here by my family member and I am very happy I chose Kansas City Pet Resource. Two years in a row while making appts, I was told that you do nail trims. Both times at appts, I was told, that u don t! Why? When a dog comes in with overgrowth, isn t it part of their wellness exam to make sure paws are in good condition. My bigger dogs nails are too hard for me to cut. I would even pay xtra for the service to keep my dogs nails healthy

I have used you all for years and recommend you often. But this last visit, we waited to drop off our dog for his scheduled neuter for an hour and 40 min making us extremely late to work and stuck in the middle of the line unable to move. Our appointment was at 9 and we did not drop him off until 10:40. When we picked up our dog, he was completely covered in poop…I get that things happen but that is why I didn’t put 5 stars for “treated like they were their own dogs” question. I’m wondering if he was let out at all the whole time.

I have taken all 4 of my cats to Pet Resource Center of Kansas City to be neutered or spayed. The staff is extremely friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they took great care of my cats.

It was a little crazy with 2 large puppies. But they did their best. It would of been more helpful to get them both back at the same time. And paperwork not be a mess. I almost left without 2nd pups meds too. Luckily i noticed as I was backing out. But staff were all great!! And overall I am very grateful and thankful!!

I am always amazed by the efficiency of this establishment. Since COVID they have completely redefined how vet practices should be run in addition to the great work they do for the community. I can go anywhere but I CHOOSE to go to Pet Resources of KC. Always amazing.

The parking lot was very crowded and I didn’t notice the check in station in the back of the parking lot until the lot was almost empty. Therefore I waited an hour for drop off. Anything you could do to make this little check in booth more prominent would be helpful.

I was unable to talk directly to a colleague to schedule the initial appointment and therefore was scheduled for vaccines however I was in need of a dental cleaning for my dog. He was seen although I never spoke with Dr or vet tech. Whoever saw my dog made the assessment that all of Jackson s teeth needed to be removed. I felt possibly a consultation as to why the teeth needed to be removed might have been helpful.
