I want to thank pet resources for being so awesome to have financial aid that helped me get my kitty spayed. I am so thankful! And I also had a question about my kitty the next day, I sent in a picture and they got back to me SO quickly! Helped ease my worries, so again thank you for your services for our community!!

Unfortunately, my latest experience with PRC was nothing short of disappointing. Firstly, it s virtually impossible to get through to an actual person. I ve called, emailed, left voicemails, and nobody would actually get back to me. My cat needed a full mouth extraction for stomatitis. She was on steroids for a month (in order to reduce inflammation while waiting for her dental at PRC). I emailed and asked if we needed to wean her off meds before surgery and nobody responded to me. I made sure to mention the steroids during the initial exam appointment and at drop-off as well. On surgery day, I was told to expect a call when she was ready to be picked up. By 4pm, nobody had called me. I had to call multiple times and eventually got to speak to a human being after selecting spay/neuter on their phone menu. The customer service rep was really nice but told me that they never answer the dental line. When I picked her up from surgery, I was told that her mouth looked fine and they only removed two teeth instead of removing all of them (which is the standard treatment for stomatitis). Of course her mouth looked okay, she was on steroids! So now I m basically stuck starting over and going through this entire process again elsewhere.

The team here has been so great. From being supportive of having to put our dogs down, to spays/neuters, and vaccines! It’s always a pleasure and they’re always serving with a smile! They genuinely enjoy helping the community!

I don t have a car but I was told that someone would come to my house on a mobile vaccination but that never happened. My dog was not seen or given a heartworm test

have nothing but wonderful things to say about Pet Resources! From the time I dropped off my GM SHPRD to be neutered to picking him up! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Them!! Don’t get discouraged if you have to wait for services, they service the greater Kc, and KS area! They only have so much funding and staff!! I’m truly grateful for your services!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My only challenges were as a new customer not knowing what to expect. Waiting in line for an hour for pickup and drop off was mostly annoying only because i didn t plan for it. The only other challenges I had were I wish communication was easier. Trying to get someone on the phone or over email was complicated, but i understand you are working with volunteers and are trying to keep costs down. Again, if I had done this before it would not have been an issue. thank you for providing an excellent service to KC. I would definitely reccomend to others.

A better drop off and pick up process. Waiting an hour plus for each was frustrating even though warned about drop off wait time. I wasn’t expecting the pick up time to be as long but it was longer than the wait to drop off my pets.

I think this is a great program and would recommend it to people just like me who are seniors and others in need.

The staff was amazing and my dogs got in fast. I really loved how informative the staff was and how much they cared for my dogs. I would definitely recommend pet resource center.

The drop off and pick up needs to be visited for a different method of intake/pickup. We waited almost 2 hrs to drop off and almost an hour for pickup. Went inside and the discharge paper work was not even started. This being an hour after the time we suppose to pick up our pet.

The Young Lady that came out to my Truck to get Abe was very nice , and very knowledgeable about keeping my pup in her control. I would give her a 12
