Absolutely wonderful! The ladies coming to the car we just as sweet as can be and my animals were appreciative to alllll of the services you offered to them!!!

Drop off/pick up process needs to be improved. We waited for an hour at drop off. At least inform People of this ahead of time. I has a 7:45 drop off and barely made it to a 9:30 appt. That said, thank you for taking such great care of our puppies!

A sign in the parking lot next to the entrance to state “do not block the entrance while waiting for check in booth.” I saw multiple times the parking lot getting grid locked from people in the line blocking others from leaving and coming in. We appreciate everything you do for our pets and community!

Everything was great. The process works. I did have a lady come in and cut in front of me. That can be easily rectified with the signage. No left(universal symbol. A arrow sign with a sorta horse shoe symbol. Otherwise...I cannot count how many people I have told about ya all. Also, your system works but the cutting people off thing (jumping the line) is a problem. Easy fix. Thanks for all you all do and the animals you help.

We appreciate all the good work that the entire team provides to our communities. Staff kindness, check in, and treatment are the best!

I brought both my German Shepherd dogs, Houston and Erza to be spay and neutered. Houston is laid back but Erza is a nervous Nelly. Instead of insisting she be muzzled, they allowed my grand daughter to walk her in and the gave her a sedative to calm her down. Upon pick up they also allowed my grand daughter to go in and walk her out. The staff are wonderful, each and everyone! Thank you for making this process easy for my dogs and for me!!
