Reduce number of appointment slots. I had an appointment at 10:15 and thought it would be reasonable to think it could take up to an hour to get done. I paid at 10:40 am. By 11:15 no one had come out and I had to be somewhere at noon. I had to get a refund and was told it could take up to 2 weeks to get the $400 back. I wasn’t upset with anyone, I just wished there was better communication because if I had known it was backed up that bad I could have left before paying. Thank you.

I really appreciate the mobile clinics! They make it easier on my girls (Corgis), and me. It s less stressful. You keep the costs very reasonable and that allowed us to rescue another corgi that is so lovable, so funny, and so happy now ;))

The only thing is that now my cat is acting sick since Tuesday He acts like he needs to pee but nothing comes out

So the reason why I would not recommend is first of all I’m being charged $75 for a Seresto collar that you could get anywhere else for 60 bucks or below. Second of all my dog was there for only vaccines. I waited over an hour for her to get vaccinated and only took them about three minutes for her to get vaccinated, but it took me an hour just waiting in line. we even arrived 45 minutes early.

My dog is old and has problems walking. The team jumped right in to help me get her in and out of the car. It was very appreciated since she weighs 65 pounds

I had to leave voice messages at the beginning for the services I need. However the return call was amazing and I appreciate the patience that everyone had from the call back to the service received with my puppy rain. When I can I would definitely donate.

I was in the car queue for almost 2 hours. Though I was on time to my appointment and the services took less than 5 minutes, I spent 1 hours and 55 minutes waiting in my car. You need to reconsider your operational processes to make the experience better for all involved.
