I so appreciate your wonderful work. We rescued a kitten that was dumped and wanted to do the right thing, spay her, give her her shots. When I called the vet it was $350-$400 to spay her only. My husband is retired, and I still work and that is not something we could afford. Your golden package for $175 was everything she needed at a price we could afford. Thank you for all you do!!!

The only frustrating part of the experience was the drop off and pick up process. It seemed a bit unorganized and chaotic, and quite a while.

The only recommendation I would have, is to not have appointments available before you are open. Also, I tried to call and I left a voicemail, but never got a return call. I will continue to use and support this office, I understand that you are very busy and offer low rates to the community and I really appreciate it. The staff is wonderful. I also love the drive through service.

You really need to manage the car waiting or I won t be back. I had an 11appt and sat in my car for just two shots for my cat while all the other cars were serviced and my cat didn t go in until noon. Very aggravating.

they go above, and beyond the necessary circumstances to take care of your pet, and they also help me out being disabled, and have very little money, and they work with me to be able to get my pet taken care of.

An employee who picked up my cat, Isabella, was very aggressive to me in the lobby. She kept rushing me to have over my cat. I told her I was putting her back in her kennel first. Please tell your staff to mond their attitudes toward pets and their owners. Her approach really turned me off.

My baby was in EXTREME pain the first day after I picked her up. I only wish I had more/better pain medicine for the first 24 hours.

Since my dog did not need the heartworm test, it would’ve been nice to have that cost subtracted from the package.

Pet resource center did a 5star job with my dog rolly. The entire process was simple and easy for me as a pet owner and my dog was made to feel comfortable throughout the process. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions. In my opinion pet resource center went above and beyond for us and I m truly grateful and would recommend other people to them
