Your org. is truly a wonderful way to serve the underserved pet lover’s community! Times are hard financially for many families and this makes the strain a little bit easier to endure. Do you have a way or a program to serve the homeless pet owners’s community? I run across a lot of them in my service to our community and they really need help as a lot of their dogs don’t have vaccinations, incur injuries and tolerate very dangerous hot and cold weather while living in the streets with their owners? I know you’re strapped for refunds but there is no street pet care ministry for them that I know of. How can we collectively care for them too? Everyone I came into contact with during this experience was exceptional. Every thing was extremely organized and timely.

Awesome set up. Helps for those of us who want pets, fixed and health without alot of $$$. Keep it up! WILL USE AGAIN AND AGAIN AS THE CATS KEEP FINDING ME!!!

I love PRC and refer anyone I know to your services. My appt was longer than I had experienced in the past. We arrived at 1:20 for a 1:25 appt and waited about an hour and a half in line. It seemed like the other lines were moving a lot faster than the vaccination line I was in. Maybe having a staff member check in with the vaccination line would at least give the *appearance* that we were being equally taken care of. I will be back though and continue to refer!

The pet resource is a great place I m having a very hard time with an unfortunate move that we had to do and I needed my dogs fixed and up today on their vaccines and no matter what they was willing to do it even if I could pay a small amount that kept me and my family with our pets as they are part of our family keeping us together was so very important so we can continue to love them and be here for them I couldn t have done it without them I will absolutely come back and I would absolutely refer somebody to them

I do not have anything bad to say about your services. We need more people like you. Love the way you run your place. keep up the good work and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Abesoutely perfect very professional

I was very impressed with all aspects of my pets care. The only suggestion I have, would be letting pet parents know when staff is at lunch. It took almost an hour for me to pick my pet up. I suspect I came when staff was gone for their lunch breaks.

So grateful for your service to the community. Thank you for all that you do.

Very organized and my girls were well taken care for their spay appt. The staff were very friendly and despite how busy they were, they answered Amy questions I had for post op. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received for Zuri getting spayed. She is recovery just fine! I have referred several of my friends to the Pet Resource!

The wait in line appears to be quicker. Thank you. Now that covid is mostly over, I would like to see the waiting room re-opened.

Their scales were not working, so I was unable to get the heartworm medicine. I was assured that I can go to another location on the appropriate date and get it there. Other than that, it was all smooth. Also, they were unable to clip my dogs nails because they didn’t have the nail clippers.

Gigi got her spay successfully and drop off/pick up was relatively simple. Making the appt online was easy. Unfortunately I didn t get the extras I asked for online and filled out at drop off. That includes, microchip, rabies vaccine, and spa package. That was disappointing. The core service was delivered. But, the lack of direct communication left a gap in our service.

We have been bringing our dogs here for years. Always great service and such love for the animals. Thank you.

Staff was great but was super upset with the directions of the off site vaccination clinic. I waited in my car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come to my car. I was seeing a girl come get pets from the cars and assumed that was all that I had to do. The email that is generated does not give details on what to expect or do upon arrival. After waiting and waiting I finally got out of the car and went up to the van to ask the process. They then told me I had to go inside to complete registration and then someone would come to the car. I would have appreciated if the email stated what to do once you arrived or even if there was a sign outside the van on what to do. It was a very confusing process.
