The only problem was they only had 1 person the intake of pets for their shots or follow up. Normally I am in and out in 30 mins. I was there for 1 and half hours.

I just wish I could pick up dog food for homeless animals. I see them every now and then here in the inner-city. I have 2 dogs but I was running low but provided food for 2 homeless boxers. The owners really said they needed it. Good job and thanks for everything

I never received a call about my pets heartworm test results

I did not make it to this appointment. I attempted to cancel but could not find out how to do it online. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone so I left a voicemail. I did not confirm the appointment and emailed to let you know I couldn’t make it and to ask a couple questions. I haven’t heard back from any of my efforts at answers to my questions. My one suggestion is to please make a way to cancel appointments and spell it out clearly on the website.

I believe & support completely what Pet Resource does. Eve though my money is tight, I wanted to pay the full amount to support them. However, they did put a too-small e-collar on my dog and he made his incision quite inflamed from licking. I got the right size collar from my local vet the next day and all is well

Very pleased with the services that pet resource center provides. All medications are included in the pricing which is extremely nice if anything happens to your pet with in the two weeks after your pet is scene, they will see your pet for free!

My cat had an allergic reaction to the vaccines. I had no one to call or ask about the symptoms he was having.... Do you also offer a benedryl shot for the side effects from the vaccines?

Went to Pet Resource Center to neuter my pup, and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was frankly a little worried that a high throughput clinic might compromise quality, but his incision is beautiful and he had barely any swelling. I m so thankful the vets did such a great job on his surgery. Thank you!

My pet is three years old and Pet Resources has taken care of her for procedures, vaccinations and wellness checks. Thank you all associated with this wonderful organization to live up to your Mission Statement of keeping owners and pets safe and together.

I have been going to the recourse center for many years .they are carrying and they help you and your animals .they have always treated me fair and understanding .if you have problems paying for your needs they help find a way you can afford it not so much for you but for your fur baby whom needs the care .

I am so thankful for this organization! We absolutely love our vet out in Olathe but we were pretty surprised to be quoted $530 to have our puppy neutered. Being able to both have him fixed and microchipped for just under $200 was an exciting find! I was somewhat hesitant to jump on the opportunity out of fear of having a bad experience in exchange for the significant price difference but this wasn’t the case at all! Everyone was helpful and kind and my puppy seems to be healing up beautifully. Thank you all so much for all that you do!

The service was top notch it has been that way since the first visit when I could pay full price and when I couldn t. Wish the human medical service was half of what you guys provide. God bless you guys.

Make sure that everyone is on the same page when speaking on follow up visits and cost. It’s not documented or saved in the chart. This will help confusion. Someone comes to your car and says one thing and it can be something different when you return. Also, have someone available to take calls. No one ever answers the phone and emails are barely returned.

I was very impressed by how smoothly drop off and pick up went and with the friendliness of everyone. I would definitely recommend you to my friends!
