Staff was extremely nice and even though I didn t have enough money with me to pay for all services required to get dog up to date on her vaccines it wasn t a problem and they even microchipped her for free.

I understand services are rushed because of the massive number of animals PRCKC helps each day--and thank you all for that! My only suggestion is perhaps for more transparency with what s included in a wellness exam. I m fostering a neighborhood cat and her three kittens and brought them in for vaccines, etc. I was disappointed that I wasn t able to ask the veterinarian about specific concerns, and I ve since felt lumps on the mother cat s sides that I think might be fatty tumors. I wish the vet would have (1) noticed (as I d expect in a wellness exam) and (2) informed me. But I understand that PRCKC is trying to help as many pets as possible each day, so exams are rushed. I will continue to use PRCKC! Though in this case, I ll take the cat to a private vet for a more thorough exam. But this isn t a complaint. I love PRCKC. THANK YOU for the work you do!!!

It was a little wait, your staff was amazing. They were friendly courteous and I felt like I was leaving our pet in the Best hands. My brother is dissipate abled and this pet means so much to him. He would not have been able to do this if it works for you thank you so very much for your service

Please consider finding a way to expedite the line! I was in my car for an hour and a half for drop off and another 45 minutes to pick up! There had to be a better way!

There were a lot of cars there and had to wait over 40 mins after appt time

I have no complaints. Have assisted with my needs thus far but still have a big one still that to me needs to show more aggression.

I have had nothing but good experiences from the pet grooming to the medical side of care for my furbaby. I want to thank you for not have prices so high that people can not pay for the care of there pets. I love my baby and I want to take care of him and keep him with me as long as I am here on earth. The pick up and drop off process is horrible. There is no organization. I waited 1.5 hours to pick up my pet. I was told to arrive at 3:00 and if I arrived at 4, I would be charged an additional $35, yet they had obviously not checked me in. In had to yell for someone to come to my car and when someone finally DID come to the car her attitude was condescending and unconcerned

The staff is first rate and very professional. We ve had multiple cats spayed at Pet Resources and each time everything is explained fully as to what to expect before and after the surgery. Pet Resources is also the most affordable compared to other places and offers different packages. We prefer the Golden Whiskers bundle.

Wonderful first time experience. They let me know the day ahead they were coming and then called when they were 30minutes away. They were nice and efficient .

I put N/A because I had no first hand knowledge. You did a great job on my dog. Your staff provided me with everything I needed. I just wish the drop off and pick up was not a cattle call.
