I really liked how the truck clinic came to Gladstone Ace Hardware. I also liked that I could make the an appointment ahead. The only thing I would change is getting chewable flea and tick meds in the Top Dog Package.

It was a very unique experience when we dropped off our dogs for surgery. I do wish there was a way to call and actually speak to a person. But we were pleased with the care they received.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I really appreciated every interaction I had, they were all fantastic!

The teammate who worked with us and Mo was absolutely delightful, informative, and helpful. 10/10.

Setting an appointment and having to sit in a line for 40 minutes before leaving with my pet and no services is a kind of crazy. Then having to call 6x leave voicemails and wait on hold several times just to get my money back. Each staff from the lady who checked me in to the lady who called to take payment were very friendly abd professional. It just seems you do not have enough staff to pull off the drop and go business successfully or without it being at the paying customers time/expense. Huge waste of time and headache. I also left at 40mins in with 6 cars a head of me and only 3 had been helped in the 40mins. I made it 30mins home before someone called to asked if we were in the line. over an hour wait for a drop off. Its not realistic.

Nothing but thankful for all you do and allowing us to keep our pets healthy at an affordable price God Bless Each and Everyone behind this amazing resource

Thank you for listening to my concerns about my cat. The previous pet clinic was unable to Provide her with service because of her reaction to the Anesthesia but you guys listened and are Sending her to your special clinic. Thank you for your kindness, it means alot.

i had an appointment last Monday. i came in to the check in area just 10 minuets late, she called the people in the building to let them know that iam here, then she told me we apologize we can t take you or help you. i am just disappointed because my pets needed the vaccine and it was the my day off to take care of them.

I m very happy that you offer spay & neuter appts without bloodwork & an overnight stay. All of that adds up ($$$) and isn t necessary for all animals.

I arrived in time for my appointment but still had to wait over an hour for my pet to be seen.

Everything about Juno’s appointment on 11/10/23 was excellent from drop off to pick up. I know she got the best care possible! I do have one thought about online appointments. If you’re not regularly taking pets from the Kansas side of town, please state that on the website. I was lucky enough to get Junos surgery covered by Fix Em KC, but other people might not be as fortunate.

My babies were well taken care of, the instructions on the after care were great

All my pets are rescues and I can t be say thank you enough for everyone working at pet rescue for helping us out. Yall are amazing!

I was really worried how things would go with my baby girl. She did great and was comfortable with the lady that took her in. That meant the world to me. Thank you to everyone there.

I don t want to give less stars for something so small, especially for how professional and helpful the team was, however, the cone that was given to Shrimps was very easily taken off and she had a good hour before I could get a new cone/wrestle it onto her where she licked her incision. Thank you
