The process was very smooth and the people were very friendly. I’ve been coming there for a lot of years.

The nurse who handing my kitten back was horrible. She didn t even know he was a boy. And gave me no guidelines with his after surgery care!

I have had only good experiences with all at Pet Resource Center.

Thanks for taking good care of my cat. Everything went smoothly and I ve been able to keep her quiet and keep the cone on her head by giving her the gabapentin. I took it off once and she immediately started licking her incision so back on it went! My only negative experience was the long wait (50 minutes) idling in my car with 100 degree temperature with the A/C on but I know it was necessary. Everything was very well organized and efficient.

I found the website to be a little confusing and difficult to use matter fact I’m supposed to be making additional follow-up appointments for the dogs and I’m not sure exactly what day or area I signed up for. I’ll call you guys tomorrow in that one

I am Highly Irritated! I brought 3 dogs for th 1A pack at a discount of $50 and 1 puppy for the puppy booster. When the brought my dogs back I asked for my 1 month of flea and heart worm medication. I was given a BLANK DEER IN HEADLIGHT LOOK They did NOT do the tests. They only gave the vaccines. THEY MADE NO EFFORT to make it right. No offer to bring the dogs back into building to do the test just a bunch of uhhh uuuhhhh well we didn t do that sorry. Now I need to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT just for heartworm testing. With the cost of gas currently and the time waiting in the car for a HOUR. Now I need to do it ALL OVER AGAIN to ensure my dogs are healthy. The only thing the gentleman said to me was you should have made your appt online. Which I attempted but the system would not allow a appt to be made; so I had to call and something got screwed up somewhere. Usually I have FLAWLESS service Im so disappointed ROBIN BEAL 816-874-0353
