The person that brought our puppy back out to the truck towed my husband she was a bleeder. This is concerning to me as she is 4 months old and they are wanting to spay her now. It s Monday so I m going to wait until Tuesday that won t be so busy and call and find out what they meant by this. It s scary for someone to tell you your dog is a bleeder and then say it s time to do her surgery. Other than that everything at this facility is excellent and I would not be able to vaccinate or spay my dog without them. Thank you so much for your great work. A very satisfied customer

I paid for the cat vaccine package plus I wanted the feline leukemia for all four cats. When I git home and looked at receipt you did not give the Feline leukemia shots. I have $115 credit. I am no angry as this was the soul reason I brought all 4 cats in. I would have assumed the were vaccinated against FELV. I took off 1/2 day from work and had my sister help me get all 4 cats in crates. She is from out of town and brought two of her cat crates to help me. Now what do I do?? I cant bring all four cats back at one time.

I had to wait 40 minutes just to drop off my pet before being neutered. I was not expecting to have to wait, especially for so long. It would have been nice to have been warned the drop off process could take so long.

The Green Line tattoo that is supposed to be a SMALL green line looks like large green ink blotches on my white dog! Very unhappy with this outcome and wish I would have asked what this was all about before letting them tattoo my dog!!! As if the missing testicles aren t a big enough give away to another vet that the dog has been neutered!! I would attach a picture if it would let me!

Fantastic staff! Very informative and caring. Answered all questions and gave helpful advice. Friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I would use their services again when needed.

Today was our best visit ever. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was great. I would suggest a sign back in 15 , or closed until... At the checkin booth. Communication is key folks, and people who arrive need info which we didn t have today. Other than that, flawless. Bless you all

The only complaint would be the drop off/pick up process, but I know you are seriously limited by your space. It is a little irritating to have your pet picked up or returned to you and then being stuck in the line behind other cars that can t leave yet. We have wasted up to 30 minutes because the car in front doesn t have their pet or their pet hasn t been picked up. You have to schedule things and expect you will need at least half of your day to wait in the parking lot.

While making my appointment the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my busy schedule. My only complaint would be that there seemed to be a lack of communication between the staff about what I was told during the booking process. It seemed like everyone I spoke to after my first phone call was telling me something different than I was told originally.

People on the phone are top notch. You make everything so easy. Only had to wait in line with my appointment about 30 minutes. Thank you for having a way to make veterinarian services affordable to those of us on social security and lower incomes. See you again next month for the second round of shots. And thank for all you do.

I sat and waited for over an hour to pick up my dog from being spayed as many people walked by me to go eat lunch outside. There was nobody at the check in booth so I just drove up hoping someone would notice me. It was upsetting to not even be told it would be a while. Instead I was ignored and wondering why they couldn t just give me my dog when they already texted me the hour before saying she was ready. Customer service was less than to be desired.

I m so thankful for this organization. I am caring for 3 stray baby kittens and trying to do the right thing by getting them their shots and spay/neutered. The affordability and easy drive through service made it possible for our family to keep these animals and provide for them in other ways, food, toys, cat bed and comfortable home.

I am very grateful to the knowledge and professionalism of the Dr. That took care of my Abbey. I was terrified before I brought her there because of bad experiences with a different pet clinic! I have ptsd from that place. Your Dr made me feel confident with my choice to take her to you! I love your staff because you all loved my Abbey. I normally never take surveys or give feedback but your facility deserves it! I called to make my kitten a spay appointment and was informed on the proper vaccine and booster procedures that my own vet never talked with me about. You guys were able to squeeze me in last minute to make sure my kitten was boostered which was already appreciated so much. Then while I was in line and about to pay I realized a bill was charged to my account early and I wouldn’t have been able to cover the charges but you guys were able to work with me! I paid what I could and my kitten is vaccinated! I couldn’t stop crying after this interaction because it was such a relief! Everyone is SO nice. You can tell the employees truly care about pets and making sure they’re taken care of! I will be bringing my kitten back for her spay and making sure to donate as much as I can! I never had any issues with my older cat and bringing her to your office for her spay. The techs throughly explained how to take care of her after surgery and help heal the wounds! I seriously could not praise you guys enough. I saw so many people and their pets needing help at my visit and I know we all appreciated you guys working your butts off in the heat. The wait may have been long but it was worth it for the quality of care my kitten and I received! Keep doing amazing things!

I am highly satisfied with Pet Resource Center of Kansas City!!! Had my 8mo old Lab neutered and this place has their service down pat. I saved so much going here and if you are on a budget or not, I highly suggest you do your research with them before taking your pet anywhere else. I ll be back. Very affordable compared to anywhere else.
