It is extremely hard to get in touch with you to verify an appointment. I had scheduled an appointment for 10/21 on a Saturday, but could not get a confirmation. I had to reschedule for 10/16 where I will have to miss work.

I came to have Milo spayed and misunderstood the price, the intake specialist quickly became proactive and helped both Milo and myself. She made it in such a way where it was not only affordable she didn t make me feel uncomfortable accepting her help in the matter. the survey was of course already filled in and would not let me change any values. both of my pets got shots that left the in great pain for over 3 days , Pumpkin could not even walk on the leg where she got her shot. did not eat and was totally out of it , As well as sugardaddy who came indoors and slept for 3 days. It used to be reasonalble but on my fixed income. it is getting expensive to come in any more.

Might be helpful to have more signage and instructions for drop off and pick-up! There were a lot of cars and it was hard to get into the parking lot at times. It was a little confusing until a staff member came out to direct traffic. It went fine, I just think it might help things flow a bit better!

The staff were fine. Why bother scheduling appointments if you’re going to make people wait an additional 30-45 minutes beyond their appt time before seeing them.

I do appreciate the help,although due to the demand of the services I found that it was very impersonal and I felt like it was like a factory inviroment.when I was spoken to about my baby the lady didn t even realize he was a boy.she referred to him as a her and was giving instructions for a female surgery.so yes I would recommend to those who need emergency assistance but not for an overall care.

We really liked the process from start to finish. the girls that came to get our kitties and bring them back to us were very friendly and we felt better about handing our fur babies over to get them fixed. We felt they were in very good hands. Thank You

Overall we had a great experience with Pet Resource KC. I would like to mention that I had an appt time slot of 8:10AM and was waiting in line until after 9:30AM before someone came out to take my dog. I understand it was very busy, but waiting for over an hour when I had to sign up for an arrival time seemed a bit excessive. With that being said, the surgery was completed in a timely manner and the pickup process was a breeze. We appreciate the service you all provide. Thank you!
