1 star on most of these because we didn’t even see the doctor. We were there long enough to get two shots, charged $60 and sent on our way. I was thoroughly disappointed that we didn’t even meet the vet! Maybe some are good with that, but I want my pup to know his doctor, and I want to be able to ask questions about his health. Disappointed to say the least!

I love Dr. Webb. He took great care of my min pin thru his passing several years ago. When I decided to get another pet I knew without a doubt I wanted him to take care of her. That said, a couple of things on my last visit. I called and was able to get her in same day for a sick appointment. I really appreciate that! But they did not tell me this was a drop off appointment. I understand with Covid this may be preferred and I am fine with it I just wasn’t told or prepared So I had to do some back and forth. I also thought she was seeing Dr. Webb, but she saw a new, younger doctor. He was great, explained everything very well and took great care of her. I would be happy to see him in the future and had great confidence in him. But once again, I thought I was seeing Dr. Webb and was not told any differently at drop off. I would just appreciate better communication. Thanks for all you do!

My dog did improve some but on Saturday was not doing well. I could not get back in. I ended up taking her to an urgent care vet and asked that x-rays be performed. They probably should have been performed at her first visit. She had to be put on muscle relaxers and additional pain medicine as she was still extremely uncomfortable and it seemed that the original Rx prescribed was good but not sufficient. I think a bit more assertive care would have been better.

Not being able to be in the room when our pet is examined is causing some miscommunication. It doesn’t seem as if all concerns expressed when the appointment is made are being communicated to the vet.

Suggest the diagnosis be included on the itemized invoice. Was very pleased with the staff. They were friendly and showed great care for our puppy.

Brought in for cough didn’t talk to doctors about options and when asked questions tech couldn’t answer with out conferring with someone else, left without any help for dog

The tech who assisted me, Kevin I think, or maybe Keith? He was so very extra attentive and careful with my old cheweenie. He trimmed her nails and then rounded them off a little so they d not be so sharp. Took time to do it right too! He s really the best at that job, hands down! We just love him! The girl assisting him was the sweetest and so calming to Bella. My best visit so far! Yayyy

We have been going to see Dr Webb and his staff ffor 21 years. They take such good care or our dog.

Dr. Webb and the other vet are wonderful and you couldn’t ask for better staff. I won’t take my fur babies anywhere else.

My only issue with my last visit is that i brought my dog in to have her anal glands expressed. They said there was nothing to express. I find this hard to believe seeing as how she has chronic issues with her glands as they dont drain on their own. One other time my son took her and they said they could not get anything and they did not charge me. this time they did chrage me and was not able to express anything.

I do not like the drop off appointments. I want to stay with my pet for appointments, this would be my preference for the comfort of my pet as well as for the ability to ask questions in a more personal manner.
