Was told my dog needed blood work and that the results would be 2-4 hours. Never heard anything after picking up my dog and paying for said blood work. Had to call the next day when they told me the blood work was a day turnaround. Got a call 15 min later with results. So it sounds like we were forgotten. Also was supposed to receive a prescription that ifigured they would email to me. Was told I had to come back and get it. Why was it not given to me when I picked my dog up??? One they had my money it seemed as if I was very low priority.

Good service but a little pricey for a senior on social security.

My cat just received their vaccinations and had some blood work done. But I would like to have them examined Foley like their ears mouth for etc. How do I make that happen?

With so many Covid restrictions eased or lifted, I m not sure I understand why you aren t allowing pet parents inside. It is very inconvenient to have questions at pick-up that the techs bringing out the pet cannot answer because they are not privy to that information. I m also not sure why I was given another heart worm pill for Parker when your records should have shown that I purchased two for her to begin with. Since I was told by your staff that the doctor estimated Parker s adult weight to be around 20-22 lbs. and the heart worm prevention covers dogs up to 25 lbs., why can I not get a year supply for Parker like I did for Chanel?

The doctor that saw our dog was less than impressive according to my husband. She came across as judgemental and disregarded what he had to say. Blood work was done & charged when he did not authorize it (from what he told me), it was taken off the bill before being paid. Not being able to come in with our pet in order to ask questions right there is becoming rather inconvenient and the office feels less personable. I would prefer for only Dr. Webb to continue to see our pets in the future should we continue to stay.

Wait time was longer than it should have been for picking up meds and it seems like staff where not sure what meds I was supposed to be getting. I will continue going back . My dog likes the staff and trust them.

Your staff is the best I have seen anywhere. They really are efficient and caring and dr webb is the best.

I hope that things will get back to normal and we can start going in with our pets. Other than that I will continue to bring my furbabies to Pet Doctor
