When discussing treatment options, include pricing and priority level. Allow for follow up questions, i.e. is the $200+ bill going to be that much better than giving benadryl that is already in my cabinet.

I don’t like that the exam is no longer performed in the room. All procedures take place in the back, which I’m not a huge fan of.

The Manager & Dr. were AMAZING! Our dog is an anxious dog and has to be sedated, they were extremely understanding and patient. 100% recommend.

I always have an always will love Gainesville Animal Hospital, east & west. I miss Dr. Henley and Dr. Coverdill...but it s still a great place. I ve moved away from G ville, but am still a big fan.

Maybe give the client a heads up as to what their bill might be BEFORE their animal undergoes the procedure(s) so they don t have a heart attack when the bill comes to $662.00 in the end!

Every time we come there is always a different doctor so it’s impossible to build rep-or. The prices are higher than other vets and last time we cane in for our scheduled appointment we were turned away for two emergencies. This is after our dog was misdiagnosed the first time. We are fed up and are taking Our three dogs elsewhere.

I’ve been bringing Baby here for years she will be turning 13 this year. I’m a little concerned about all the new staff I do not recognize anybody anymore. I always felt very secure bringing her there now I’m a little unsure and I feel more comfortable when she’s in my sight.

1. Just because Dr Hampton on has Thurs sched here 2. & 3. only because there was an emergency, so everybody incl dr was really busy, but I understand.

I waited for about 4-5 minutes up front before someone even knew I was there, my one and only complaint from my last visit. Everyone is always very nice and helpful with all my questions and concerns. As long as I’m living in Gainesville, I will always bring my pet here!

This is the first time this has happened to me at this vet and I was very disappointed with the service. I came in for my dog s annual visit and wanted to discuss certain things with the veterinarian as my dog had several recent emergency visits. I was never even placed in a room. The vet tech merely took my dog from the waiting room to the back and returned half an hour saying he was ready to go and I could meet her at the front to pay for the visit. I had to ask just to even speak to the vet and even then, the vet just came to the front desk and quickly tried to answer my questions while everyone in the waiting room was privy to the information. I had never been treated that way here and I felt very rushed. I can t imaging anyone would be okay taking their dog to the vet and not even seeing the vet throughout the entire visit.
