I received wonderful care for my two dogs! I appreciate the information; the time and especially Dr. Sameck who went above and beyond to get much needed medication for my dog. I also appreciate Dr. Horton. Demaris is Sweetheart!

Dr. Sameck and staff did an excellent job under challenging circumstances. All personnel had to move between the office and parking lot due to social distancing rules which has got to be challenging and exhausting. Dr. Sameck is always so kind and compassionate even taking time to check on our family s well-being during this pandemic. He is also gentle and loving toward our pets.

Well the doctor did a thorough exam and detected that there was no neurological involvement in my dog s leg problems, but the very next day she started dragging both of her back legs and my daughter (a 4th yr vet student) gave her a neuro exam and found that there was definitely neurological involvement. She had gotten much worse in one day. Just wanted to let Dr. Horton know.

The last visit cost a lot simply for renewal of prescription plus bath and nail clippers.

I was charged for vaccines that should be covered under the vaccines for life program. Didn t see it until I got home later. I plan on calling you about it, hopefully it was just an accident and can be rectified.

When discussing treatment options, include pricing and priority level. Allow for follow up questions, i.e. is the $200+ bill going to be that much better than giving benadryl that is already in my cabinet.

I don’t like that the exam is no longer performed in the room. All procedures take place in the back, which I’m not a huge fan of.

All the staff at Gainesville Animal Hospital West who have worked with me and my dog Rose are wonderful, caring and so patient. Thanks to all of them!

The Manager & Dr. were AMAZING! Our dog is an anxious dog and has to be sedated, they were extremely understanding and patient. 100% recommend.
